“On a recent visit to Michelangelos, the décor and service were fine, but the food was a bit disappointing. The food was presented well on the plate, but the preparation wasnt as upscale as I had expected. Crab-stuffed shrimp were made with thin threads of claw meat instead of the tastier and more costly lump meat, and it had a slight fishy flavor. The veal cutlet dishes used a thick cut of meat that was somewhat chewy, rather than the thin-cut leg of veal that is pounded thin. Salads were large and very good. Overall, the food was good.”
