• Great food great value.
• Fridays and Saturdays, might have to wait a few minutes.

“The sauce is to die for. In an age where every Italian restaurants signature sauce is some type of marinara, Testo's takes the time to make a real old world sauce. Meat sauce, did everyone forget how to make it, or does it take to long? At Testo's, the sauce is consistently great over every dish they make. Lasagna, meatballs, veal, eggplant, pizza- there all good.”

• The food is good.
• The manager is extremely rude.

“I went to the diner on a Saturday and for breakfast. I substituted my choice of French toast, pancakes or waffles for some home fries. The waitress had to ask the manager if this was okay. The manager approved this substitution. Three days later I went in for breakfast with my two daughters and three grandchildren. I asked for the substitution again. This time the lady manager on duty came over and started yelling at me because I could not give her a good enough description of the waitress I had on Saturday. She started poking me and upsetting my whole family. We used to eat there at least once a week because the food is good. We have not been there now since January.”

• Quality Italian cuisine.
• Service for the small elements is slow.

“Moscatiellos is located near Hudson Valley Community College outside the downtown Troy area. It has several seating areas, a back room for private parties, and a large bar. Seating is a bit tight and sound travels so I would say it is not a great place for kids but my visits have been at busy times. The food is very good standard Italian fare, well prepared with quality ingredients and homemade deserts. The wait staff is not plentiful and I have found myself going to the bar to get my own drinks and having to wait there. I have attended with a large group and food has been delivered to the table fairly quickly, but drinks and refills as I mentioned are not frequent.”

“Alexis is a must for our family of 6. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and warm. Restaurant is always clean.”
