Ok food when cooked.
Horrible service!

“I hate this restaurant! I ordered fish and it was frozen still when they brought it out! I sent it back three times and it was still frozen! I asked to talk to the manager and she was very rude and had a horrible attitude! I've never been back there and would never suggest going there to anyone!”

Great food, friendly service, and friendly environment.
Can get packed especially during downtown events.

“I love Ron's. I often go there at least once a week with my family. I would definitely suggest Ron's pizza to another person! My favorite food there is the homemade clam chowder it's amazing!”

I liked the pizza but thought they didn't put enough quantities of toppings.
I hated their customer service.

“Ron's pizza refused to honor a coupon after I made an expensive pizza order delivered to my home whereby my brother answered the door and the driver didn't ask for our coupon; numerous phone calls to their female manager resolved nothing. Today I ordered a $27 pizza from domino's because of the bad taste left in my mouth when I was looking for $2.50 refund to my credit card or credit on next pizza. I wouldn't recommend Ron�s pizza to anyone now!”
