Humidity.

“We've eaten Mexican food all over the US and Lil Burro is the best. Shane, you're place rates better than Mexican food in Albuquerque, NM where Mexican food is supreme.”

They have Pepsi and not coke.

The wait staff loves us and talks to us like we've known each other for years.
They have coke and not Pepsi.

“I love this place. Every birthday or special occasion we go here. The food is superb. When we compare other Chinese food we always compare it to china road. Very highly recommended.”

Sausage, beans.
What's not to like? I like everything.

“Consistently great food and service. We have eaten here (and picked up carry out) scores of times over many years and we are always pleased with the food and the service. A quaint, family friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices are also a plus. I always choose Amarillo building when dining out with out of town guests. Home of the very best sausage you ever flopped a lip over!”

Can't think of any. Oh, there was sufficient parking.
The wait staff was neither efficient nor friendly.

“The food was terrible. The restaurant was loud and the tables were too close together. When I pulled my chair back, I bumped the person behind me, and when the wait staff walked past our table, we kept expecting them to drop food on us, as the trays were held over our heads. Not recommended!”

Great get together place for friends and family.
Not a place for romance.

“This place has the best Mexican food I've ever had. The Rio Grande burrito is mouth watering. Shane (owner) grows his on veggies behind the restaurant. I tell all my friends to eat there. Open for lunch and dinner Tue thru Sat.”

Friendly workers. WONDERFUL food. Organic, Free-range chicken, delicious Barbeque sauce and cornbread.
Smokey when you first walk in balcony you have to walk through to the bar.
