“The place for melt in your mouth steaks, great martinis, and local color. We loved the place. We stumbled in on the advice of some locals who swore by the food and left as dedicated Mint freaks.”

Spotted Horse Coffee

• Great coffee, fair prices, congenial host and hostess, pleasant and warm atmosphere.
• Parking is often an issue. Bathroom facilities are limited and somewhat awkward to get to.

“Excellent coffee of all kinds. Good home style gooding. Wonderful fruit pies. Proporietors Bart and Suzanne Smith are delightful, warm, chatty, engaging, and interesting hosts. I go regularly for the company as much as for the cofee and food. The Spotted Horse is my favorite hang out in Belgrade. It provides gourmet coffee drinks and has all the small town charm and personal touch one could desire. A too little know gem. And the food is excellent. It is more than a coffee shop. They close at 3 PM but open early, at 6 am, including Saturday. Closed on Sunday. It is very different than the impersonal franchise coffee shops. I love this place. I am a regular.”
