• Free bread.
• The bread was hard.

“I took my 2 sons out to dinner for my younger sons birthday and the service was horrible. First of we traveled 28 miles just to eat at this place, which would not have been a big deal if there had been good service and better food. We waited for at least 20 minutes before anyone came over! After 20 minutes a waitress came and asked, did anyone come over yet? and I quote "we were deciding who was going to come over here". Now, what kind of a comment is that? At that point I should have just taken my family and left. Although, we decided to stay after the long drive and the service never got better. The waitress smirked about everything that I asked for and even acted like she did not know what paper napkins were. The service was bad and the food was dull and bland. I choose The Macaroni Grill over the Olive Garden, but it seems to have been the wrong choice. I would never recommend this location to anyone!”

“I dined there with my wife and our friends and they loved the food and the service. It was the first time a waitress bought US desert. My wife and I will be going there this September 09 again. It is worth the trip from the strip.”

“My wife and I went in at 230Pm on a Wednesday afternoon. We tried to order 2 slices of pizza and were told they were out of pizza, we tried to order 1/2 dozen garlic knots and were told they had just sold the rest of them. The teenager behind the counter was rude, not offering other options. In a city as large as Las Vegas, you have many options for pizza, and based on the customer service I would not return or recommend this place to a friend. Go to Metro or Villa pizza instead two longstanding operations in Las Vegas. I guess if you want the NYC attitude and don't feel like actually being served food, then Martino's is the place to go!”

“Dinners are excellent, especially eggplant parm. Served with spaghetti and rolls. Wraps delicious. Fast delivery great place for family dining. Good prices and real. Italian!”

• Very clean and friendly staff.
• None.

“Great service and food. Had lunch one day and appetizer the next day. Bar service was excellent. Not sure about the dinner menu. Bar tenders are great about buying drinks when you are playing the poker machines. This place is upscale but casual. Would recommend and go back for sure. Great price for food and drinks for the area. ”

“I love this restaurant, everything is priced fairly and their menu has so much to choose from. The service is always friendly too, especially compared to the traditional casino cafe servers! They have 2.99 breakfast, and good dinner specials too.”

• Food is good and most workers are friendly.
• Usually out of to-go menu's and some workers can be almost rude.

“Ross J's has good food. Their Ross J special is a great combo plate and a good price. The restaurant is quaint and clean. Service is unpredictable. Sometimes very friendly, sometimes bordering on rude. Sometimes staff is too busy visiting amongst themselves or just plain bored. Out of my last 10 visits I have only had 2 occasions of not so friendly service.”

“Okay - this is certainly no 5-star restaurant, but it certainly is one of the best breakfast joints in town. If you can believe it, they have 30+ varieties of omelets, and the normal size is 6 egg. You can save $0.75 per plate if you order a "baby" which is 3 egg, I believe. You get great "spuds" - potato chip size sliced and deep fried - crisp and unique. And the corned beef hash is to die for. I would have rated it higher, but I did not want to disillusion anyone - it is a breakfast place after all. You can get things other than eggs - burgers, sandwiches, etc. Used to be open for dinner as well, but now closes at 3 PM or so. Tired of breakfast at the casino buffet - try this out.”

“The overall experience was fair. Food was ok and moderately prices, however, service was poor. Our table was not set up and it took about 20 minutes for the food to arrive. For a party of 4 people, that was a bit much. ”

“I live close by and always find the staff friendly when I stop in later in the evening. The food is reasonably priced and pretty good for a Bar & Grill.”
