• The food was okay.
• Nasty waitress.

“Horrible service. My group was very polite and friendly (not that it should be required) but our waitress was rude to us for no reason at all! After asking for our bill twice, we got it about 20 minutes later. When we went to pay, the same waitress walked right passed us and started talking to her friend! We said something to her and she finally took care of our bill, but not without a sigh and a nasty look. I couldn't believe it. I am a waitress and I know how little it takes to give good service. I have never ever seen such a rude waitress!”

• The food was pretty good.
• The Moorhead, MN location had by far the worst service I¿ve had in my life.

“Most Perkins restaurants offer good service and food at an affordable price. The Moorhead branch is the only exception to this standard that I have found. We were seated five minutes after we got there, though not because it was busy but rather because the hostess was too busy talking to a co-worker to notice we had arrived. We were given menus and told that our server would be right with us. When our server did show up, twenty minutes later, she immediately asked us, "so, what do you want?" We were never asked for drink order and her tone was very snappy and unfriendly. We then waited another twenty minutes to get our drinks and fifteen minutes after our drinks arrived, our food arrived. The food was good and we did not see our waitress again until it was time to give us the bill, which took another twenty minutes to arrive. There were no pleasantries from here on out and we left the restaurant vowing never to visit the Moorhead location again. A word of advice for all of those who travel to the Moorhead Fargo area and decide to eat at this restaurant: the Fargo location is a much better choice and will leave you fully satisfied.”
