• The bakery still smells nice.
• The new employees need retraining.

“I've been going to Michelle's for many years and was very disappointed with my last visit this week. The new hostess was rude and my waitress was unavailable most of the time. The menu has also changed and many of my favorite items are no longer available. This will be my last visit there.”

• Quick and friendly service. Family like atmosphere.
• So much to choose from, not a negative-just have to come back.

“You must try the burgers. Soups are very good-get the beef barley. If you like deep fried mushrooms - you have to try their's, made fresh - not pre-breaded and frozen.”

• Sometimes, the waiting staff is delayed. .

• My whiskey sour was ok.
• The food is better at big boy.

“Service was slow. For dinner the food was not very good. The soup seemed like something out of a can. The main dishes are strikingly ordinary and plain. The only white wines on the very brief wine list are sweet.”

• Convenient for quick after work get together.
• A typical local bar.

“This is a typical bar with typical bar food. This is where you and some blue-collar co-workers would go after work to get a beer. Other than that, don't waste your time. If it wasn't for gm being right across the street this place would have closed its doors years ago.”

• The food.
• The close for a week in July and I have withdrawals. .

“This place is my absolute favorite Chinese place. I have lived in a few different places since growing up in Warren, and Lotus pond is always one of the first places I visit when I return. I love being back in the area now so I can take advantage of the food, and boy do I. The food is great, reasonably priced, huge portions, very nice staff. Best place around by far. ”
