• Food. Decent selection and some innovative ideas.
• Service is ok, not the greatest.

“Staff is friendly. Fairly nice casual dinning. Atmosphere is nothing spectacular but clean nice linen and use of art in the food. The food is excellent! The reason I keep coming. Compared to other local sushi restaurants I would highly recommend Hello Sushi before any of the others in terms of quality food. The only sushi restaurant that I will keep going to.”

“I was really surprised to see the other poor review. This is certainly one of our favorite places to go and we've been there at least 10 times in last year with absolutely no issue. Food is always great, appetizers are a must, and staff is very, very friendly and is a great value for the money. Always have bread and salad with your meal. I strongly suggest this place!”

“I won't recommend Saginaw Red Lobster to anyone. We had to wait a long time for our food, and then my steak wasn't cooked the way I like. They took it back, recooked it, set it down in front of me and left. Waitresses' weren't very friendly. They knew they had a gratuity coming so why work for it. Plates and silverware were dirty. Put 8 people at two tables with 2 people pushed against the wall. We added another table. Told them we had 2 birthday people and nothing was done about it. Waitress carried our money around while talking to other employees. Didn't like the way you added the tip in with the bill. The 2 waitresses' we had DIDN'T earn their tip. One scraped food from other plated onto a plate right in front of my mom. We won't be going back to the Lobster in Saginaw, Mi. again.”
