• Poor food quality.

• The gentleman that ushers in guests is very professional.
• The women that usher you in are a bit rude and not service oriented.

“Great place, great environment and great food. Love the cucumbers and fried noodles.”

• Hot food.
• Cleanliness.

“Bennigan's in Greenbelt is disappointing. Although the service is fast and courteous, the restaurant is not well maintained. The food order we placed was not correct and had to be sent back to the kitchen, although, the order was corrected quickly and the food was served hot. The main concern I had was the fact that there was no soap in the men's bathroom, which meant that kitchen workers could not adequately sanitize their hands. I reported this to the waitress when I asked for moist towels to clean my hands with, which she did provide, but the manager was not alerted about the issue.”

• I've come back after a year; they remember and greet you like an old friend.
• The place gets crowded and customers are often rudely noisy. Customers should be kinder to the staff.

“The buffet has a much wider selection than most. The staffs are very cordial. Even friendly to regulars. Unlike most Chinese buffets, Ive never gotten sick from eating anything there.”
