• Food service quantity all good.
• Too noisy and loud.

“It's just perfect for friends and family. I was a regular at Rio Grande until a friend took me to Guapos, better service, better food and more for your money, it really it a good choice. Is kind of the best kept secret in Gaithersburg.”

• Best burger king I have ever been to.
• It's still a burger king.

“Um, it's a Burger King. You should be pretty familiar with the food here if you have eaten at one before. This one is worth noting however because not every location has a sports memorabilia collection. Add to this the good-sized TV screens, which happened to be playing Sunday football when I was there, making this one of the better BK's in the area. If only the fireplace would light! Maybe it does, and I just didn't know. 1 out of 10 is kind of harsh, not to mention this location also has a play area for the kids. They may well have converted this location from a another type of restaurant.”

• The pizza was decent.
• 20% gratuity included, for a party of 2. Are they kidding?

“Like others here, I also left with a very bad taste in my mouth when I received the bill. It was just two of us and they added a 20% gratuity! The worst part was that the bill came and there was a line for TIP on the bill! I confronted the manager about it and he said that it was the credit card company that did that. I told him that if that was the case, why didn't he cross it out himself? Or why didn't the server tell me the tip was included when she brought the bill? He said it says that we do that in the menu. He was right about that. At the very bottom of the very busy cover in small, white print that blended in with the cover, there it was for all not to see. Are they kidding? I seriously wonder how many people there have been duped into leaving a tip on top of the tip they were unknowingly being charged?!? Decent food but really shabby, shady business practices. I obviously will not be going back and I will certainly tell everyone. I have a mind to contact someone in local government to look into this. It may not be illegal, but it sure is immoral and sleazy. If I could leave 0 stars I would.”

• The food is great.
• Very hard to see where it is, not much lighting from shopping center.

“This place was amazing. It had a very family feel to it and the food was amazing. The floor managers walk around and ask how your meal is and are very nice to everyone. and they have some of the best food ever. there fajitas are very unique in that they use a secret recipe. also the ribs are great I had never tasted ribs like that before. also some of the best pupusa I've ever had.”

• Moose juice Cosmo.
• Waiter we had 2nd night we visited.

“Food was great and presentation of drinks very nice. (I am a bar owner). Any plans to offer franchise in the South? We were told that a staff member always asks for a check on steak orders when served. We were there on New Years Eve, and the place was jamming. However when we returned three nights later the server (see negative input) sat the order down and went quickly back to conversation he had been loudly having with host. No asking if meat was cooked to our request, no "can I get you anything else? He did come back later to ask, but if we were not happy with preparation (we were) it would have been too late. Our server and bartender on New Years Eve were excellent!”

• Good value for your money.
• Walk up to the counter to order and pay and then they bring dinner to you.

“This is our neighborhood Chinese Restaurant, while it's located in a busy shopping center, the value and quality of food here is over the top. Dinner portions are huge and the cooking is superb. I highly recommend the shrimps and lobster sauce and black bean chicken as well as pork with hot peppers. The sauces created by the cook are the best! Prices are reasonable and quality of the food is high! Give it a try.”

• Awesome! Great flavor, nice people, terrific value. Probably the best (and healthiest) fast food ever.
• Only one location. And that's in Gaithersburg.

“Fantastic place! Basically a carry out with some tables, it is well worth the trip and a tremendous value. Think healthy fast food. Pretty addictive. Try the Seoul bowl. .”

• Crab cakes, Chesapeake wings, and low prices for tasty diner food.
• Smokers just outside restaurant, occasional bad service.

“Ernie's is great if you take it for what it is: a dive bar. The food is greasy but tastes good, the beer is cold and there are plenty of professional alcoholics present. I'd love to give the service a 10, but some waitresses are better than others. I've had to leave a couple times because of bad service, but when there are good waitresses present (which there usually are); Ill eat and drink plenty.”

• Leaving the restaurant.
• Spaghetti is to small and the meatballs do not taste good.

“Only order a pizza as other menu items that we had are not very tasty. Plus, there is mandatory tip when you use a coupon. This you do not suspect until you get receive your bill. This was my first and last visit to Manhattan Pizza.”

• The sodas are cold...
• Add a 15% if you dine in for nonexistent service.

“The food is passable, a little greasy, but the service and atmosphere are really Nasty. Don't use the bathroom and realize that if you dine in they are automatically going to add a 15% gratuity to you check despite the lack of any service...”

• Fast, friendly service; delicious, affordable food.
• The lighting was a bit dim, though after a while it's not noticeable.

“A great choice for delicious, yet affordable food. The service was great; our waiter was friendly, and made sure we got our food quickly. My husband's veal was one of the best pieces of meat I¿ve ever tasted, and my rockfish was superb. Our sons' pizza was thin and crispy, and our salads came in generous portions. I've looked up the restaurant since we've left, and it's mentioned in Washingtonian magazine's best restaurants in the "cheap eats" section. It certainly was dinner for a family of four, including appetizers, was less than quite the bargain!”

• Pizza is good.
• Rude owner would prefer you take your business elsewhere.

“I've been coming to this location for the past ten years. Recently they instituted a mandatory tip. When using a coupon, the mandatory tip was applied to the potential full ticket value rather than the coupon value. When we asked the owner about this, we were basically told to take our business elsewhere and pay up before they called the cops. The food service was slow, and the pizza size seems smaller than it was in the past.”
