• The food was good.
• Certain manager.

“Did not like the way a certain assistant manager treated her fellow employees especially a young lady trying hard to please her customers. She lied about her and got her fired. Will never go back. I think she should lose her job.”

• Clean and friendly.
• Don't know if they still have it but you used to could order any pizza they didn't have on the buffet.

“Great place to eat. Best buffet I have been to and I have been to many. The Pizza is really good, but in addition, you get a taste of Cajun foods also. The salad bar has everything you'd want and the desserts are good also, which includes soft serve ice cream/yogurt. My son and friends come here every year for his birthday and even though they are all in college now, they all look forward to coming here annually.”

• Excellent food.
• Need a couple of more waitresses.

“Our first time at Mel's Diner was on a Sunday morning- -very busy and therefore, the service was a little slow. But the waitress was wonderful and pleasant and chatty and so we didn't mind the wait. And the food was well worth the wait. Fantastic breakfast and lots of it. We will definitely be back, can't wait to try the lunch and supper menus.”
