“I got two "Loaded" steak burgers which had dry meat, cheese and bacon. No other condiments such as mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc. Drive thru was "too buggy" to open so we were asked to go inside - it was full of smoke. The sandwich compiler was on cell phone while making order which probably accounts for lousy sandwiches. Overall poor attitude - 3 visible employees and 2 customers - still couldn't get the order right. Most drivers pulled away when told to go inside.”

“I bought 2 "loaded" steak burgers (not the real name, but I can't remember). It was too "buggy" to operate the drive thru so I was told to go inside. Inside Full of smoke! Sandwich preparer on cell phone - Sandwich had dry meat, cheese and bacon - No pickle, onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and ketchup. This is "Loaded"? No semblance of interest in serving customers.”

“The service is great, sometimes a little slow because all food is cooked to order. I also find that the same entree can be totally different from one day to the next, so chef changes must be commonplace. But it is worth a visit. And they will make your dinner vegan. That's a plus for me.”

“I live in California but when I visit my parents in Slidell, they always treat me to filet mignon at young's. However, my last experience there was not the best. The waiter served me a glass of red wine and as he reached to take my menu, he knocked the glass over and some spilled onto my lap. He was apologetic and gave us another table, of course, but it was I who had to ask for the seltzer water to try to remove my stain. He never asked about my clothing. At the end of the meal (family of 4), I was surprised that we were charged for our entire, including my glass of wine (yes, they replaced it). So, on food I give them high markings. But on customer service, they could use some training. Next time, I will ask for my dry cleaning to be paid for. Or at least my entree.”

“Best steak anywhere! The filet was so tender, I almost did not need a knife. A must do! Please note you will need to get directions before going. This place has been in business for over 25 years - No Sigh- and always packed. ”
