• Service and very good.
• Only music not to my taste.

“Red gravy excellent, Italian Shrimp excellent, Salads very good. Veal Philip excellent, Fried soft shell crab, excellent, and steak also excellent. Music is only thing not good about this restaurant to me. Not into opera. Calamari also great there.”

• It is conveniently located.
• The food is horrible, the place is noisy and dirty and there are too few table waiters.

“The food is wretched, along with the overall character of this dive. If you eat at this place, you risk for food poisoning.”

• Red sauce, portions, service.
• Atmosphere is a little boring.

“The best Italian food in the New Orleans area. The red sauce is not to be missed! Portions are huge. Service is very friendly, though you are not going there for the atmosphere which is a little plain but very mom and pop. If you want Italian food that tastes like the kind your grandmother used to make, and maybe even better then you should check out Anselmo's in Metairie.”

• Great food.
• Busy.

“It is a cute little lunch place that has great food. The food is soup, salads, and sandwiches. Coffee there is also good. It is almost always busy and hard to find a parking spot. When you order take out it does not take long and they have a separate cash register but if you are dining in it might have a line. It is worth the wait. Great place to order lunch for work.”

“The service was very good, the waitress was very polite.The cook is terrible, no idea about food matching and also burned the chicken.If you want to eat good Mediterranean you must go to Monas on Banks.”

• The service is a little slower than some restraints.

“Shogun is a awesome restraint. They actually cook at your table. And if you don't want them to cook at your table just head over to the table's. Shogun has it all from the food to the atmosphere. Don't waste your time in average Japanese restraints go straight over to Shogun.”

“This is also the restaurant where I take my mom on Mother's Day and for her Birthday because its one of her favorite places to eat in all of New Orleans. It is located in a nice area called Old Metairie. Worth the drive from downtown and certainly a top choice if you are staying in a Metairie hotel.”

“Because of my work, I was in the new Orleans area, once a week, every week, for 6 years. My friend and I ate Tiffin for breakfast 95% of the time. I found the food to be very tasty, hot and fresh. The pancakes were great, omelets were big and filling, sides were great. Never a problem for a special order. Our usual waitress colleen was always friendly and courteous. I know her legs and feet hurt considering her age, (I¿ll never tell, or even know for that matter) but we always had a good meal, I don't remember ever sending anything back, although the potato pancakes were just that, pancakes with diced potatoes in them.”

• Good for business people.
• Slow service, dirty dishes, poor food quality, and terrible service.

“This restaurant is very dirty- the silverware was dirty, the cups had lipstick on them, and I found at least three hairs in my food! The food is overpriced because the quality is terrible. The waitresses have bad attitudes and the service is slow, slow, and slow!”
