• Service is always fast and friendly.
• Usually a wait after 6 PM.

“This is one of my favorites in the Paducah area. The ribs are superb and all other entrees are top notch. Unlimited peanuts with floor. Not romantic, but overall nice place. Good selection of spirits and draft beers. All at typical prices. The only drawback is the wait after 6 PM, but this can be avoided by taking advantage of call ahead seating. But don't do it if you like peanuts and good beer.”

• Great food & service, with fun & friendly atmosphere.
• No complaints at all!

“We ate there our first time Saturday night, did not have reservations but were seated within 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and our server was excellent! We had a party of 4 and each of us had a different entree. The food was wonderful. We will certainly eat there again in August for our anniversary and plan on taking our son & his family there also to enjoy the food and the fun atmosphere of the restaurant and the Paducah riverfront on a Saturday night.”

• Food is good!
• Menu is limited.

“Although the menu and hours are very limited, it's a great place for a fresh and unique lunch with excellent service. Most often many of the 40 seats are filled. Menu carries about ten salad or sandwich entrees with a daily special hot dish and salad bar. The chicken salad dishes are excellent! It is painted a bright white inside, very clean and open feeling. The next time I'm Paducah I will definitely plan my itinerary so as to hit the 11-2 weekday time slot here.”

• A very neat place.
• The food wasn't as good as hoped for.

“The food isn't that impressive compared to other area establishments downtown. We ordered oysters on the half shell and they were warm. I was actually let down with the experience. Perhaps this particular night was just a bad one, because they do have a a good reputation and many patrons.”

• Great omelets and wide dinner menu for a tradionally breakfast place.
• Entrance in rear from access road.

• Best bar in town.
• Never had a negative experience.

• Everything was good.
• They didn't have ice cream for the brownie, but it was still good.

“Good food, good service, no more expensive than a chain. What more needs to be said? Definitely recommend this restaurant for special occasions. I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice atmosphere. Low lighting, candles burning, flowers on most of the tables. The waiter did not hover, but seemed to know when we needed his attention.”

• Food was served fresh and hot and tasty and very quickly.
• Atmosphere was somewhat stark and Spartan.

“Excellent food. Egg rolls very tasty and fresh. Beef and pea pods very fresh tasting and beef very tender. Pork chop sue was so delectable and fresh. Loved the Cantonese style of the chop sue recipe. Yum.”
