• Does have games to keep the kids busy.
• Hard on your wallet because of the games.

“I have been there on several occasions for kids birthday parties. Their buffet bar is always out or low on food and they are extremely slow to refill it if at all. I personally don't like the pizza but its always gone on the buffet so someone likes it. I personally cringe when I hear the birthday party is at Mr. Gatti's. But the kids love the place.”

• Everything is always fresh and tastes great!
• I would like more dessert choices.

“Best buffet in more head. Everything is always excellent. If there is something you want that is on the menu but not on the bar they will get you some. The employees are always friendly and helpful.”

• I love whatever you have done with the place It is great.
• Not enough cheese bread, but I didnt really need any more anyway.

“I love the cheese bread that they have on the buffet. It was wonderful this time I visited. The last time was a totally different experience. I would really love to return to this restaurant. The pizza and overall was good. The lines were not long and the cashier was very helpful to me. I will be back.”

• Pizza is good.
• Poor service, slow food preparation, rude employees.

“I have been to both Mr. Gatti's restaurants in Ashland, KY and the Gattiland in Ashland and they have much better service. This Mr. Gatti's is slow in preparing their food, so the buffet is often bare. There is an older gentleman who works there that is extremely rude and unfriendly towards customers. Cashiers almost always refuse to give the discounts advertised and they always have an excuse. The older fellow mentioned above was on the cash register on one occasion and refused to give me a discount because he had already rung up the order. I like Mr. Gatti's pizza, but if I have to go through this kind of stuff, I'll go to Papa John's!”

• Waiters are very courteous even though most don't speak English.
• Bathrooms are always dirty.

• Nelson is so happy and polite!!
• NO on-line menu.

“Pasquales has great food. The quality for the cost is excellent! The true complaint I have is that there is no On-line menu. If you wish to place a carry out order and don't have a paper menu handy then you have to just guess at what is on the menu or order the one item you know they have. By calling in and not having a menu available you waste valuable time to the employee taking the call plus you really don't know what to order and what choices you have. ”

• The hot food and relaxed atmosphere.
• Bathrooms are not always clean.

“I enjoy eating at La Finca very much. They have very good Mexican food and a wonderful staff. The food is always warm and the refills on drinks is constant. ”
