• Clean rooms, great service, and staff really nice.
• The property itself could benefit from remodeling.

“I stay there frequently when traveling for my company. The rooms are clean & comfortable. High-speed internet was available only in the business center, or in the main lobby. The carpets show some wear, but they're clean. The pool had a few bugs floating around, but then again, it's the middle of Kansas (where cows outnumber people 4:1). Yes, come to expect that kind of thing, and its nothing a 3-minute swipe with a filter net couldn't handle. They're under new ownership now, so theres a lot of a renovation taking place. I anticipate good things coming out of this. The staff is outstanding! What they lack in big-city amenities, they make up for in small-town service. The ladies up there are just as nice as they can be, knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and willing to help with anything they can. All in all, it isnt the Hilton, but it's the best thing in Hiawatha.”
