• Burger is amongst the best in town.
• Service amongst the worst in town.

“Bruff's may have the best burger in town (next to Jay's carry out), but it probably boasts the worst service. The management clearly does not pride itself on quick, friendly, mistake-free service. I have frequented Bruff's several times and nearly every time something goes wrong with our order. Problems range from waiting hours (literally) for food, forgotten food/order, long waits for refills, no service, cold food, wrong food/order, and the list goes on. Very rarely have I left Bruff's completely satisfied. The only thing that keeps me coming back to Bruff's is the atmosphere. It is the best sports bar in town by far. If the management would take a little more pride in ensuring their waiters & waitresses are properly trained, it would make Bruff's that much better. But frankly, I'm not sure they care enough. Bruff's will always have its local crowd and hotel crowds to keep it running. Disappointing because Bruff's could be so much more bottom line: If you want to catch the game & eat a decent burger, Bruff's is worth your while. If you are wanting a good dining experience look elsewhere.”

• Bad Atmosphere.

“This is not a place to bring the family there are a lot of drunk people there it being a bar and grill. It is not a place for kids unless you like them being around a cloud of chain smokers because there is no non smoking section. The food was great but I do not know if it was worth the hassle. I tried to talk to the owner of the place I think Gary was his name and he was just as drunk as everyone else and was very rude.”

“If you are a man, and you happen to like food, Buffs is for you. If you have ever wondered what it would be like to put every food known to man on a burger, then you would like the BA burger. And If you happen to be exceedingly wealthy and hungry for the greatest combination that God put on his good and green earth, that is, wings and really expensive wine then go with the Buffs.”

• Taste of bib and onion rings w/dipping sauce.
• Parking and seating when busy would be difficult for disabled person like me.

“We actually travel (even with today's gas prices) from Topeka to emporia for this fabulous bib. Also the onion rings with dipping sauce are unbeatable. It Is casual, college town and brings back many happy memories of our college days. We've never had bib that beats theirs.”

• Food, friendly service, and prices.
• Parking and not enough seating.

“ The food and service is excellent. The only small drawback is the small seating area which might cause a bit of a wait and also lacks enough parking spaces, but the food more than makes up for any unconvinced.”

• The food, the atmosphere.
• Too small but if they expanded it would lose the hometown feel.

“Bobby D's is an awesome family or romantic restaurant. It's not very big but it's got the hometown feel to it. The food is awesome and you must try the cheesy potatoes. The servers are really nice. If it's busy you might have to wait on the food and the service might seem rushed, but it's still worth the wait.”
