“Very expensive and crowded and the food was not very good.”

“We went with 4 kids and 4 adults. We sat on patio. Were told we could not all sit together and must sit at separate tables. Manager came out and belittled us in front of other customers. I pulled him inside and told him there was a better way to handle things. Manager blew me off and said whatever sir many times. Don't take your kids. Try to act like a high end restaurant yet sitting in plastic chairs on patio with two beer cans on ground. Manger really made us feel bad by saying things loudly in front of other customers and not just pulling someone aside or coming over to our table. Very rude! We won't return.”

“There's something about those greasy cheesy tacos that I just can't get enough of. They are actually packed full of flavor that makes all others pale in comparison. Once you have a Sanchos Tacos, all others just seem less than. I make it a point to visit this restaurant every time I am in the quad cities.”

“This was an "ok" place. It was good food, but the waitstaff was very under par. And not very bright.”

“Typical chain steak house. Decent price for a good quality steak, and they don't skimp on the "fixing's." That's for all you true southerners.”

“Sanchos -AKA, Grease Galore holds a special place in my heart. I grew up at this far from fine dining restaurant, eating here at least once a month for well over 20 years now. The food here has serious uniqueness that stands apart from any other Mexican restaurant in the quad cities. The "Harris" of Mexican food, piles high on the cholesterol and taste! Once you do a Sanchos Taco, all other tacos are just, well tacos. The staff leaves something to be desired though. Dont get me wrong a clean cut crew. They just remodeled and have plasma TV's on the wall, games for the young ones. I highly recommend a visit if you have never been here! Just remember the amount you shovel in must come out. Best Taco house in the QC!”

“So many of the restaurants in the quad-cities are chains serving the same dishes you can get anywhere, or local eateries that stick to bland and boring meat and potatoes. We were very pleased to find el rodeo. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, and the food was well-prepared and flavorful. It's nothing fancy. It's just cafe-style tables and booths. But it has a friendly atmosphere, the service was great, the food quickly prepared and prices very reasonable.”

“Over the course of 4 years I was visiting Davenport twice a month. Each time, my wife and I would eat here. The crazy tuna roll was our favorite but we never had a bad meal. The owner obviously takes pride in his establishment and his work. My wife and I are only able to visit Davenport maybe 2-3 times a year now but Shogun will always be a required stop. I would tell anyone that this is a must visit restaurant.”

“This is the BEST Mexican place to eat. My family and I travel from Dubuque JUST to eat there! They are so good!”
