• Consistent food quality and taste.
• More tables to dine in.

“Best pizza in town very well established family owned business. I have known the owners of this restaurant for over 20 years and the quality of their food and service has remained the same. Not much to look at from the outside, but when you enter, they will make you feel like old friends. You must have their Motza beef sandwich. When someone I go to Mchenry I have them bring my order all the way down to Naples Fl yea, it's that good!”

• Amazing food, and FUN, friendly staff!
• It was crowded. Need to open up and need more room!

“AWESOME place! GO here instead of Snug harbor, this place blows it AWAY! Not as many place to park your boat but that's too bad for the boating crowd because this is an awesome place to eat, drink and have a FUN time! Snug Harbor owner check this place out and take some notes!”

• Service, manager's disregard for customer complaints.

“Horrible service! It took at least an hour to get our food, and there were only two of us. Ordered a side of roasted potatoes and they came out charred. Told manager, all he did was offer a free dessert, which we declined; he did not even offer to take the side of potatoes off of our bill. Waitress was rude until she brought out the check. Will not be going back.”

• The location and that is underground. I have never been to a place like this.
• The food, price, and outdated atmosphere.

“My family went here a couple of weeks ago. I have a husband and a 3 year old son. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I was like I enter some nasty dive bar. I knew it was like this a year or two ago but it was worth going there then. The last time I was there I got the cod dinner. 3 pieces of cod, garlic bread, a salad, and baked potato. It was really good even though the fish was probably frozen. I may try the fish dinner again and give this place one more chance for the fish but otherwise I would not recommend it.”

“Before you walk in it just looks dumpy, not to mention when you walk in, you get into a room full of regulars. The skinny bartender was cool, the older man was bald. The food was decent but not for the price listed. I think I've had better McDonalds visits!”

• Been there over 50 times always great .
• None ever.

“I have eaten there as many as 50 times and always had good meals and service. It is always clean, the service is prompt. Hey the kitchen is right in font of you. 100% recommended. We will always go back. As a matte of fact, I am going there now.”

• Seated quickly.
• Only allow 1 hour stay.

“Service very poor - We had a group of people meeting to discuss a Wedding shower - we had stayed eating for over 1 hour. They told us they only allow people to eat for 1 hour and we must leave! What a joke, and the food was awful, plus served on plastic plates! Some were creaked and discolored. Very poor place. Never will attend again.”

“This place is great! The host/owner is a real Charmer! Be careful with your wife/girlfriend though because he is a smooth talker. The food is fantastic and cheap. The drinks are good and you can plan for a great time.”

“One meal could feed my husband and I! Plus they don't act like the kids are trouble. It is a lightly dimmed atmosphere and could be really romantic without the kids. Great food.”

• Indoor play land.
• Employees play cards rather than keep food warm and fresh.

“The only thing I would go to this burger king for would be the play land. The employees played cards more then they worked. The food is OK though cold. Definitely a place to go for the kids to wear some energy off since there are not many places with an indoor play land around here. ”

“This is the worst steak house I have EVER eaten at. The service was slow and surly, and I could still see where the spurs hit the old nag that they TRIED to pass off as some rare cut of canner grade beef.”

“Best French restaurant in Illinois (one of the top ten in the country). There sauces are, using an old saying, are to die for. You will not leave any sauce on your plate, you'll want to lick it. Intimate setting, antique tables, white linen tablecloths, paintings, fireplace, and a desert cart that you'll want everything, its out of the way but well worth the effort.”
