“Terrible! stay away at all costs. Food is horrible. Presentation is awful. Bathrooms as well as the tables are disgusting. Prices are outrageous. Nothing good about this place. Stay away.”

“While on vacation in Chicago, we decided to try chili's for the very first time. For us trying a new restaurant is no easy matter due to our son being deathly allergic to peanuts. We always check if a restaurant uses peanut oil for frying, use of peanuts in menu items, and how cross contamination is dealt with. Your manager and waitress went out of their way to insure our son's safety and make him and us feel welcome and comfortable. We were also very pleased with the great food and atmosphere. Needless to say you now have three more chili's fans! Wow!”
