“I am very happy with this restaurant because of the fantastic prices and food served there. The service is prompt and the server very polite. I go every chance I can get to eat here.”

• Great tasting food, good variety.
• A bit cramped, possible long wait times.

“I'm no connoisseur of Greek Cuisine, but I know I like the food at Papouli's. Their Deluxe Gyros (they add grilled peppers, onions and a nice little sauce) keep me coming back week after week. The restaurant is a little cramped at times during lunch rush and can be slow, but the food is worth the wait. The staff is helpful in explaining the different Greek foods and will suggest new items to try based on past experiences. Overall my wife and I love the place.”

• Food and value just are not worth it.

“Used to be our favorite for a business lunch or romantic night out. However, the wine prices have increased, the food prices have increased while the portions have decreased, on a recent trip they ran out of chicken and the filet was bland.”

• Food presentation beautiful; salad bar colorful & good selections; hot food, not just warm; foods homemade.
• Servers more helpful or at least ours could have been more attentive.

“We were most impressed with the food quality at 'S&S'! The food was hot & tasty. There was a great selection & the best cornbread in the world! I would recommend everyone to try this cafeteria. I did not see any negative to bring out to my fellow consumers. We are really picky about cleanliness and quality food and we found that at 'S&S'. The service at the food bar and pay check-out was outstanding, not so much from our table server. We are eager to travel the hour drive back just to be able to eat there.”

• The fact that they sell Halloumi (great Cyprus cheese)!
• Food, service and atmosphere.

“Greeks would be insulted by such quality of food! Falafel should be taken off the menu! Hummus is nothing what hummus really is (I visited Lebanon 3 times)! Spanakopitta was awful, baked at least a week before serving and then warmed up in a microwave oven! It's a disgrace for Greek cuisine! If anyone wants authentic Greek food go to Kyma in Buckhead you will enjoy every bite of every dish!”

• Everything else.

“The only thing going for this restaurant is the atmosphere. It is very beautiful in a very disturbing, occult way. It is interesting to note that the elderly are attracted to this particular location, in droves. However, the food is in no way fit for human consumption. If you enjoy finding whole cockroaches in your boiled potatoes then by all means, fill your stomach.”

• Food was great. Quick in and out with no wait.
• Menu was too large. Hard to decide what to eat.

“Great place to grab some great food. Servers were good and food was awesome. Try the NY Strip and their wings. They are Wi-Fi compatible so you can do some work if you need to. We had a meeting in one of their rooms. They were helpful and let us use the room free for as long as we wanted. Highly recommended! Also, if sports are your thing you won't miss a game on any of their 100 TVs.”

• Inconsistent service. Ranges from very good to just adequate.

“I really like this restaurant. The food is very good to excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant, but the service can be a bit un even. This is one of Macon¿s best.”
