• Very neat side items and sandwiches.
• Lack of people skills and dignity shown to employees.

“Food here was terrific! Very eclectic style menu with varying sides daily. However, the owner was seen being excessively rude and overbearing to his staff. Constant yelling from inside the food window with many despairing looks towards the waitresses. Conversations between the owner and employees were overheard with much obscenity and rude demands being given. Can't believe somebody would treat another human being like this.”

“I have eaten at 2 Dog Cafe several times and love it. The new place is charming and the food great. The servers are all nice and my favorite is Lori. I usually always try to go when she's working; she is so friendly and informative. I highly recommend this restaurant for a very nice dining experience!”

“The food was great. The restaurant is really cute and comfortable. The staff was awful. All 3 of the employees that we came in contact with were just terribly rude. So rude that I do not think I will be back.”

“2 Dog Cafe was the nicest little place to eat whether your with friends, family or colleagues. The atmosphere was, overall very welcoming. The waiters and waitresses treat you like they have known you for years. So if you want a cute little quaint place. This is the one.”

• The food and drink are worth an effort to dine here.
• The service and the management are shameful.

“The menu is great and the food is exceptional. We have eaten at Rudolph twice. Our first visit was wonderful. We have traveled all over the world and based on this first visit would rate it very high. The next visit found the food still very good but the service ruined any enjoyment. Nothing was served in a timely manner. We waited and waited. I had to ask for the wine three times. The bread was brought well into the meal. The waitress retired to an adjoining room and visited with two male diners leaving her tables unattended for long periods of time. When she brought us the wrong dessert, I could not get her attention for over 20 minutes. So I went to the adjoining room and asked her politely to please bring me another dessert. She replied that I had indeed received the correct one. As I had enjoyed the ordered dessert the week before, I knew that this could not be the case. She brought the manager to our table and he took her side in the matter and promised us a "surprise dessert". We decided to leave after a long wait but could not get our check. The manager brought a terrible looking dish which we did not eat. This service ruined our meal. We did not at any point act in a rude or loud manner. The manager was flaky and I can due to the increasing befuddlement of the waitress guess what was going on in the "adjacent room". The manager had to be aware or should have been aware of the situation. This is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food. What a shame.”
