• Location.
• Food, manager/owner did not care.

“The food was definitely sub-par. Appetizers were overcooked actually charred) and the entrees were cold. We tried a variety of menu items and there wasn't one that was satisfactory. The atmosphere and location have potential, but I think with the new management, this restaurant is on a downward spiral.”

• In the neighborhood for years, great ice cream, breakfast all day on weekends.
• Bad service, high price for low quality food, unwilling to take a cook mistake off bill, rude management.

“I have lived here all my life, and have been going to this restaurant for years. It seems to be going down hill and fast! Ive noticed that over the months the food is being sent out of the kitchen with at least one mistake or cold every time! I also have to request not to have a certain sever because of his rude Nature and pushy behavior. Our family will no longer be dinning here!”

• Sampler dinner is great, ribs, pulled pork, etc.
• None.

“This is the best BBQ in Florida. It is order at the front like a fast food restaurant but has nice eating areas. Prices are moderate and there are 2 locations that I know of. If you're looking for the best BBQ out of the Carolinas, then this is the place for you.”

• Fast good home cooked meals.
• Not enough seats, so busy. Worth the wait.

“Excellent food and great service. Family owned they treat you like family. The only complaint is they fill up so quickly, it's difficult to get a seat some time. But very nice family people, excellent food served fast and good home-cooking meals. Love it!”

“Our family has been patrons of this restaurant for many years. We booked reservations for all holidays. This mother's day we took our family -reservations at 10:30 for 16-20 people. After many trips to the podium we were finally seated at 12:00 noon. They have done a brunch buffet for many years and this has always worked for us, however this year was the absolute worst. After we had waited for 1 1/2 hours to be seated there was a bus load of senior citizens arrived and were seated before us and their reservations were not until 12:30. When we asked about this a "contract labor" person told the mother, grandmother and great grandmother that if she didn't like it she could take her business else where. We were finally seated and the waitress assigned to us was most apologetic for the fact there was no food on the buffet, no plates and for our wait. People were literally standing by the tables waiting for food. Many people in our party didn't ever get anything to eat. We had senior citizens all the way down to babies and no one was happy. When family members spoke to the manager, excuses were all that were offered. The son's of the mother/grandmother/great grandmother were so enraged by the way their mother was treated on mother's day they found the "contract worker" and insisted he apologize to her for his tone of voice and attitude in the way he spoke with her earlier, which he did. When plates were put out for the people to utilize on the buffet they were dirty and I mean food still on them and sticky, food was brought out one item at a time and in small amounts. The carver at one point even left his carving station and went to get bread for the people waiting. I understand trying to make the most of this high volume day but you don't ditch your reservations and long standing customers for walk in's especially on a big event day like Mother's day. Needless to say none of the party of 20 will ever return to Gleasons Grille for anything. Apparently they are no longer a corporation as the state website indicates administrative dissolution of their corporation. Wonder how long the doors will or should stay open.”

• Nice atmosphere.
• Very bad service.

“Sushi is my favorite choice of cuisine. I would have to say that suitor has one of the best sushi I¿ve tried around the Orlando area, but the customer services' is awful. I have never waited so long in a restaurant, especially for a refill or my check. The waiters at the winter park location have a very crappy attitude until they give you the check, they try to give you a smile and fakery say, thank you and have a nice day. My day was officially ruined after their service. I've gone there time and time again for their food, and of course time and time again, their services had remained the same. The Baldwin park location is very nice, but the waiters don't know what they are doing. They forgot things that I ask for and I have to wait 1/2 an hour b4 anyone even comes to ask for my drink orders. All I can say is that the food is great but your experience won't be so great after the service.”

• Served quickly, hot bread and oil served before dinner.

“I have returned to Pannullos many times and enjoy the food, service and location in Winter Park. I recommend and if you have an entertainment card that can't hurt from a cost stand point.”
