• Everything.
• It was all great.

“My family was traveling back from Florida and found this restaurant by accident. We were actually looking for another restaurant that we had seen on a road sign. From the outside you might be a little unsure of eating there. Its not all fancied up. But the food and service are well worth it! It was wonderful! The staff was very friendly, and the cook was great. He put on a good show for my kids. You get a good portion size for your money, and the prices are very reasonable. This was our first visit to a Japanese restaurant. We will definitely be going back to this one the next time we are traveling through!”

• The greeting by Giuseppe, to the service by Jessica, and the FOOD!

“My wife and I were in the area for a business/personal time getaway. I saw the ad in the Yellow Pages that said for authentic Italian Food either fly to Italy or drive to Mom & Dad's. Since I lived in Italy for 3 years, I thought I would like to meet that challenge. They surpassed my expectation. Jessica was an awesome hostess. The food was authentic and superb. The atmosphere, genuine. (Even the Godfather poster in the Men's Room, BadaBING!)”

• Vegetables were the best.
• Tables too close together.

“A great place to eat. The vegetables were the best. Everything was incredible. Living in Utah the only buffet" we have are golden corral and home town. You guys are so much better. Food is hotter, service is better and buffet line is cleaner and fresher. I was very impressed.”

• None, really.
• Unfriendly host (recent) young black guy and foods that could be better.

“I have been to Applebees in NY, Texas, Florida and other states. Valdosta's Applebees food is the worst tasting! Even their BBQ riblets taste nothing like it should. Tastes like they boil it and then drench on the BBQ sauce. Chicken, etc does not taste fresh and they seem to use day old or older chicken in salads. I would never go to the Valdosta Applebees again and I live here in Valdosta! In addition- the last host had a personality like cardboard. I asked for a booth (early afternoon) and his expressions on his face made it clear he did not like it. Or- maybe he is just one of the many lazy bums that don't like to work and show it!”

“My wife and I found the food bland and without season. The service was inexperienced, we had to remind the waitress several times for things that shouldn't of had to be mentioned, such as silverware and refills on tea.”

• Friendly staff, very clean.
• Sometimes oil is burned and chicken and fries cooked too long.

“The food is not quite as good as some other chick-phyla¿s I¿ve been to, but average at worst. Other than that it's amazing, incredible service and very friendly staff, it's odd to rate a fast food place but this one is different the people are wonderful.”

• The bathrooms were clean.
• Wait staff was rude and food stations stayed empty to long.

“I love eating at Old South. I love the southern hospitality of the servers and the food is excellent. It is good southern BBQ and I would recommend this place to anyone.”

• Best pizza in south Georgia.
• College crowd at night.

“I think Mellow Mushroom has the best pizza in the Valdosta area. I absolutely love their food! This restaurant can be family friendly during the day but at night, it is mostly a college hangout with a bar atmosphere.”

“I like Charley O'Corley's, but it is mainly geared towards the military and college crowd. Bar atmosphere in Remerton, GA. The food is typical bar food.”

“I love going to Aligatou. I think they have the best hibachi in the Valdosta area. They have reasonable prices, a great variety and give large portions. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.”

• Food was great for quality and amount a person receives.
• Not romantic, not recommended for a first date.

“I have eaten at this restaurant twice, both times I left satisfied with the food quality and the environment was nice too. Both times I have eaten there I have gotten the crab legs which are more than a person would receive at Red Lobster (I never can finish them all), and are a very good value for the price. The meat was of high quality, I had very little trouble actually getting the crab meat out of the shells. I would recommend getting the cheese grits with the entree as well. Having come from the Atlanta region, eating grits with seafood is unheard of as I am sure it is elsewhere (must be a southern thing), but a friend had me try it and I was impressed. Whether passing through or from the area, I would definitely recommend Pirates Bluff for the friendly service and great seafood.”
