Pearl Of China
Sep 3, 2008 by Lavern from Alpharetta

Overall Rating: 6 User Rating Score: 6

  • I love the triple delight dish.
  • The fried chicken wings are usually not fully cooked.

“This is one of the better tasting Chinese restaurants in the area. The food is usually very fresh and delivery is very good. For dining in the restaurant is the typical old world Chinese restaurant with dark wood tables and burgundy carpet. The hostess and waiters are very friendly and always personable.”

Dillards Barbecue
Mar 21, 2008 by Joe from Suwanee

Overall Rating: 2 User Rating Score: 2
Food:[2] • Service:[1] • Atmosphere:[1]

  • The vegetables were good.
  • The service and barbecue was well below my expectations.

“I've heard others say "It wasnt a good night for this or that restaurant". If different nights have anything to do with the food quality or service then I wouldn't recommend going to Dilliard's on Friday night. The service was the worst I've ever encountered. The barbecue had too much fat and gristle and no flavor.”

  • Food taste and quality.
  • Rustic.

“Excellent, Genuine Barbecue! Don't go there for the atmosphere or service but for some of the most tender, smoky, delicious barbecue you have ever eaten! Food taste.”

Dillards Barbecue
Oct 24, 2007 by Tony from Suwanee

Overall Rating: 9 User Rating Score: 9
Food:[10] • Service:[10] • Atmosphere:[8]

  • Chopped pork barbecue.
  • Rest rooms.

“The best place in Gwinnett county for authentic pork barbecue. The pork is cooked outside on a Wood fire and Hand chopped in the story. The sauce is unique but delicious and their collard greens are fresh (as are all veggies) and taste as good as those coming out of any southern kitchen. It's a small place and it isn't fancy. Rest rooms? Not much. Appearance? Don't go there for that. Food? Some of the best in the area. .”

Applebee's
May 31, 2007 by Floyd from atlanta

Overall Rating: 7 User Rating Score: 7
Food:[6] • Service:[7] • Atmosphere:[7]

  • Quesadia sandwich is good and tasty. Fries are good.
  • They didn't apologize for the food.

“The Quesadia was good and plenty but my mothers Cajun Tilapia was small and hardly any rice. She didn't get her moneys worth. She was upset about it. The price was too high for the amount of food they served her. We got more for our money at the Long Horn restaurant the other day. They don't have baked potatoes there, only mashed potatoes. They also microwave some of their food, which I don't like and I asked the waitress and she said yes they did microwave some of it. Micro waved food is not good for a persons health.”

Applebee's
May 31, 2007 by annette from swannee ga

Overall Rating: 5 User Rating Score: 5
Food:[8] • Service:[8] • Atmosphere:[7]

  • The fish was tasty and I liked the broccoli. The chocolate brownie and ice cream was good.
  • They only served me about three hepping tablespoons of rice with my fish.

“I ordered a Cajun Tilapa fish. There was plenty of broccoli on the plate but when it came to the fish, I could hold it in one hand and hardly any rice. How cheap is rice? I paid 9.99 for the dinner and I told the waitress and I asked her if they laughed when I complained about it and she said yes. They acted like they didn't care. It looked like someone must have been tempted to take off some of the fish to eat before it got to me. I don't think they should have charged me that much for so little. I was disappointed. I won't go back there. I think they need to watch the cook just in case. My son ordered a quesadia sandwich and fries and I tasted one of it and it was very good and plenty of it. I only paid 7.49 for it. He had much more food in his plate than I did. I tried to be nice about it and I didn't call the manager over to complain about it. ”

Orient Garden Restaurant Corp
May 30, 2007 by Diane from Lawrenceville, GA

Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10
Food:[10] • Service:[9] • Atmosphere:[10]

  • Consistently good food.
  • Prefer not to sit in the very back of the restaurant.

“The food is excellently prepared and served. Their Sunday buffet is extensive and constantly refilled with fresh cooked food. The people there are very nice and always check to make sure you have everything you need. Everyone works very hard there, including the management. There to go service is fast and easy.”

Tanner's Chicken Rotisserie
Apr 9, 2007 by Gail from Norcross

Overall Rating: 7 User Rating Score: 7
Food:[9] • Service:[4] • Atmosphere:[8]

  • Food.
  • Billing for catering.

“The food was great, the counter folks helped us when we came in to pick up a large order. However, the counter clerk did not see a note that the food was already paid for and charged me. Then, the restaurant called the girl we picked the food up for and told her they forgot a couple of items. We could not go and get them. The bill was adjusted by $3, and my credit card was charged again. Currently, they have charged the wrong card 2x and there is no credit pending. Watch billing if you are doing catering.”

Dillards Barbecue
Mar 15, 2007 by Diana from Duluth

Overall Rating: 9 User Rating Score: 9
Food:[10] • Service:[10] • Atmosphere:[8]

  • BBQ meat is flavorful and smoked out in the back!
  • Some counter and table service - better for takeout.

“Dillard's serves some the best authentic barbeque I've ever eaten. Their pulled pork sandwiches are out of this world. We use them for large get-togethers and order the BBQ pork 10 lbs. at a time - great to pick up and go! ”

Dillards Barbecue
Oct 30, 2006 by Chris from Suwanee

Overall Rating: 7 User Rating Score: 7
Food:[10] • Service:[7] • Atmosphere:[5]

  • The food.
  • The restrooms.

“The food is great! Their sauce is fantastic. The atmosphere is a little "rustic" and the restroom facilities are minimal at best. But the value for the money and the food quality make it totally worth it.”

  • Honey mustard.
