“Way over priced for the quality. Should have gone to capitol grille.”

“This is a great Italian joint. I'm an Italian from up North, and have been here 3 years. This is the first place I've been to, that actually made me feel like I was back at home. The staff was actually Italian too, at least I think so! Either way, the food was home cooked and tasted perfect! I would recommend this to anyone. It's a little joint, not too big. I would like going here to get my mind off a rough workout. Staff was very friendly.”

“Were here 4 times during our Florida holiday in July. Excellent food, high quality and reasonably priced. Loads of shrimp dishes, snow crab, regular Chinese dishes. They also do Sushi at certain times. It's a bit hidden from the road (535). Pass the turning off to Disney (on the left, don't take it - pass it) Keep looking left and you'll spot a hospital, then the hotel with the Pineapple on top (its quite colorful), a large Disney T's for $xx shop, an iHOP and a petrol station. Take a left at the next junction (the Sheraton Safari Hotel will be on your right), then left again into a small shopping area with car park.”

“I had the most horrible experience at this restaurant. I went last weekend on my year anniversary with my boyfriend. We received our food and it was great, until our waitress cleared our table. She knocked the fork off of my plate, that was full of marinara sauce, all over my new silk dress I had bought. She didn't even say sorry, just was like my bad. After we had received the check we saw that they had charged us for the bread.”

“Only place I have found that cooks the wings like I like them, crispy and with a good taste to the hot sauce It's not the best of neighborhoods, even a bit scary. But the wings let me going, and the sweet tea is awesome!”

“This place was a joke. Menu is small and expensive. Food is defiantly not worth the money. The place was a ghost town. Never been to a place where the waiters are bored sitting around. I asked for bbq wings and got a plate of bbq sauce. A whole bottle, dumped on my wings. The wings were pretty bad as well. (when I finally found them in the sauce pool). Wild jacks is not even close. I'd say more like Whack Jacks! So bad I had to save some of you from going. Thats my opinion. Waiters were friendly, but I was there to eat, not to be snoozed. Also, it's very warm in there. This is Florida, turn your AC on guys.”

“They did not give me my order of 5pc nuggets that I paid for. I ordered a few different items off the value menu, which resulted in a full bag of Wendy's goodies. A worker handed me my bag in the drive-through without saying anything and walked off. Another worker came up and told me everything was in the bag, so I drove off to later find out my nuggets were missing. I came back to claim my nuggets and the cashier who did not give me a receipt then asked for my receipt. I got my nuggets, but no sorry or thank you.”

“The best Cuban sandwiches, bar none. Everything here is great. It is carry out only, with limited outdoor seating. Extremely popular with the locals. Always crowded. I think it's only open for lunch, but I could be wrong on that.”

“First the restaurant is located on Semoran Blvd. It is a little difficult to find and not the best location, but they have been there over 30 years! The food, the best Italian by far, if you are looking for great, home style Italian, this just cannot be beat- period- Well 30 years of full tables most nights says it all! It is worth finding and enjoying. The building is small, old and not new by any stretch, but it is clean and friendly service, but the food will keep you coming back. By the way, all homemade, sauces and pasta, no previously made here!”

“If you don't know Colombian food, then you might go to this joint and think it is great, traditional Colombian cooking. I was raised on all - natural, authentic Colombian food and this place left a lot to be desired. I ordered the Palomilla Steak (one of my favorites). As much as I love fat, it was just too much! I cut off the fat and placed it on a saucer, the waitress was kind enough to come pick up my plate of fat without saying one word. I thought I could eat my steak once the fat was gone, but there was so much grease, my steak was sitting in a puddle of it. Needless to say, I had a couple of small bites and left the rest; no word from the waitress again. I could also tell is was low quality meat, and it even tasted like freezer. I will not be returning to this restaurant.”

“I stopped in while on business in the area. The salad had been made hours in advance so it was overly chilled and wilted. The Caesar dressing was so-so. The croutons were crunchy so they must add those just prior to serving, thank God. They brought some greasy biscuits that you may as well just hang on your behind because that is where they're going to end up. The steak was overdone and dry. I asked for medium rare and it was well done, shoe-leatherish. The grilled shrimp was decent. All in all, Red Lobster is a fast food dive trying to market itself as something else.”

“I live in London, UK but have a home in Lake Mary, just outside Orlando. There is a Fishbones Restaurant at Lake Mary that I have been to many times and found the food, atmosphere and service to be outstanding. I therefore have recommended it to many of my friends. A friend of mine booked his birthday celebration dinner at Fishbones on Sand Lake Rd, Orlando as it was more centrally located for his guests. The whole experience was dreadful. The restaurant was grubby, the food didn't seem very fresh and the service was highly forgettable. I was totally embarrassed for my recommendation and would like to say that it just goes to show how different a dining experience can be when eating at a chain restaurant. I can only assume that they think that the Orlando restaurant as it is situated just off International Drive will attract tourists who they will probably never see again and they therefore do not need to make the effort. The Lake Mary Restaurant is a truly fantastic dining experience and bares no resemblance at all to that on Sand Lake Road and is a restaurant that I will continue to patronize with great pleasure.”

“My fiance and I visited in September 06 for an evening meal and could not really fault the place - food is dirt cheap and very plentiful and although the food won't win prizes for top quality, it was tasty, hot and, well, Mexican! Service was wonderful and attentive, place was clean - I would certainly visit again.”

“We took our children here while vacationing at Disney. The long wait was horrible. The food was excellent and the service was great. The kids had a great time and have talked about it for a long time since. They ask when we can go back again! This really is a kid-friendly experience, as long as you do not have picky eaters. Pricy compared to most family restaurants, but well worth the experience, and the smiles on their faces.”

“Was in Orlando for the Surf Expo and of course we made a stop at the hotel. Every year we are in town we make at least one visit. Food is always great, service is up to par and you cant go wrong with the limoncello. You know a place is good when you think about it before you arrive in the state.”

“It was very quite when we were there (a Saturday about 3 o'clock), first we seen a machine with walker crisps instead of lays. So went to the bar to go 2 bottles of bud light and 2 cokes for kids. The young man didn't even say hello! The kids had bought a few packets of crisps but they were like cardboard out of date! I thought the bud was a bit funny then the wife said hers was not right so looked at the born date July 2007! Just got the kids and legged it out the door, now I wish I had went up and said something as I was sick that night. If you try it just check the dates. You have been warned.”

“Good food, good beers and friendly staff makes all the difference in the world. Feels like being back home with out having to go far, well may be across the pond, lol. Huge portions of food and a top chef, don't think your going to leave hungry, if u can eat it all. I recommend the bangers and mash for any meal. The English breakfast is really great if you don't mind the heart attack on a plate.”

“Visited the location at Lake Buena Vista. The food was good and the service was ok. The servers all dance every hour or so, which is a good thing. The host stand seemed to be unorganized, even with a manager helping out. She did a round of checking on tables, and hit every one around us except ours. The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was fun, maybe the management is more friendly at another location.”

“The highlight was the Kansas City Steak it was excellent! My wife is a sushi fan. I am not. However I tried it and liked some of the original creations like the tango mango roll. The manager spoke with our table to see how we liked our service. We took friends from out of state and they said it was the best sushi they ever had!”

“I decided to have an English breakfast one morning. On the Menu was bacon, egg, sausage, toast, mushrooms, beans and chips. I do not usually eat chips with my breakfast but thats what the had on the menu so i ordered it. When I received my breakfast. I had one egg, one sausage, one piece of bacon toast and mushrooms and beans that had seen better days and very small chips. This was at a cost of $11 when you can eat all you want for $4 at the ponderous this is not very good value for your money. When I asked the cook if there was a potato famine in America. I was told that the normal portion of chips was and I should be happy that I had gotten extra chip I was speechless. Why do not they just take the chips of the menu for breakfast. Needless to say I did not go back to the pup the whole time I was in Orlando.”

“I was an avid Amura customer until last night. The restaurant has no regard for its customers or the service they offer.I went with a group of 7 people. The whole night, we felt out of place. The table location was terrible (they had to create a table for us).Secondly, the server rushed us through our order. Salads on our table arrived at different times. But what annoys me the most is that tables seated after us, with more people were served their sushi first. Along with that, one person ordered a steak, and that arrived before any sushi arrived at the table. Until I told the server they had 2 minutes to bring the food out before we leave, none of the sushi came out. Then, when the sushi arrived, it came as a persons order, then a wait for 10 minutes, then the next person's order. It was a terrible experience. The dessert cake (which was complimentary) was cold. When I told the server that it was cold she refused to believe me. I told her to touch it. She refused. Arrogant server! I am totally unsatisfied after all her work. She added gratuity to the whole table, and I reluctantly paid. I don’t think she deserved any tip, and in fact, I believe the restaurant should have sent a manager to explain to my table, which waited well over an hour and a half for sushi, why it took so long.I will NOT be returning to the restaurant. I dont think that you should spend your money here. Maybe you should try Rangetsu on International Drive. It may just be worth your while to stay away from this daiben-hole.On a side note, the owner who lives in Viscaya, doesnot care about your concerns for the restaurant.”

“If you're hungry for authentic Chicago-style pizza, Giordano's is the only place to go. Their stuffed pizza is absolutely amazing, their appetizers delicious, and their staff friendly and helpful. Be warned it takes well over 30 minutes to cook one of their ginormous stuffed pizzas so don't plan on going unless you have the time to spare. Giordano's in Kissimmee is easy to find as it's along Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. We'd suggest Giordano's to anyone either in Chicago or the Orlando/Kissimmee area!”

“Terrible. From beginning to end this experience was horrible. The a/c in the room went out and after notifying the manager Frankie he advised there was nothing he could do. After speaking with the manager a 2nd time he restated that there was nothing he could do and stated he was ok with the dining environment, nice ambiance Frankie, and way to take pride in you restraint. Feeling that this was not acceptable I contacted the corporate office and spoke to I could tell from everybody that I interacted with that this restaurant is interested in taking tourists money and hoping they never come back. Not what it used to be. Better off going to bonefish for seafood and del frescos for steaks! Yes we paid for our meal on this dreadful evening and we are taking out our mother again to a bonefish for a real seafood meal.”

“First of all let me say that my family has gone to straubs seafood for man functions and have had good service and great food, not this time. We had a reservation at 5:45 and were not seated until 6:00. No the restaurant was not busy just the normal early evening crowd. Long story short cold food terrible service and we were charged twice the same entree, not told the special dinner was an a la cart meal. The manager just made excuses that they were short staffed which was weird because not even half the restaurant was filled. I was looking forward to eating there but for my family we will never dine there again. Do not waste your time or money.”

“This was our first visit to Orlando, and we felt like we were back in Texas when we walked into Wild Jack's. I had a good time with my family in this place. They have great food, great service, and even a pool table. Our server was from Brazil, host from Eastern Europe, and it felt like I was in an international restaurant. This place is on a street called International Drive, so I suppose it makes sense. My family and I felt very relaxed and enjoyed our meals here on several occasions, and if we get to go back to Orlando we will be sure to stop by this place again.”

“My wife and I had the opportunity to eat at your Restaurant in Clermont. My wife ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich which said lightly breaded the breading was about an inch thick and the inside was not distinguishable. I ordered the pulled pork platter which was very tuff obviously needed a little more slow cooking. Needless to say we won't be back.”

“I have eaten across the world from Denny's in Indiana to French in Downtown Paris, but I have never had food this bad, especially for the money. I could describe the dry, dull, tasteless meals that our party of four consumed, but it would be painful to remember. I truly could not eat my meal and I eat EVERYTHING.”

“Overrated in a word that sums it up. Fish bones is the first "nice: restaurant I have ever gone to that used in anything (most are offended if you ask), and they use it in almost everything. Using a cheap "flavor enhancer" is consistent with a place that wants to be up scale, but isn't willing to put in the effort. The food was ok, but I have had much better at a much lower price. Skip it unless you just want someplace expensive.”

“We discovered Broadway pizza one month ago. A friend told me it was terrible and that the people there were terrible. I didn't believe him but I was mistaken. I ordered a pizza once, took an hour and 45 minutes after they said it would be 40 minutes. I called several times asking where it was and the manager treated me badly and tried to imply that I was lying that they told me it would take 40 minutes. I thought maybe it was a fluke. I ordered it again on Saturday and again they said "40 minutes' and it took 2 hours! I kept calling and they kept saying, "It will be there any minute." They lied again. The management there is full of liars. Then they said they wouldn't comp the pizza. Finally it came, and it was cold and stale. I called back refusing to pay for the pizza and the manager, who was very rude, finally agreed to void the transaction. The next day, I realized that they charged me anyway! I called back and told the manager what happened and he tried to make me feel like I lied again by saying, "We would never do it that way, we would never void the transaction we would send you a new pizza" I couldn't believe this guy was actually accusing me of lying when he was clearly lying. He said that he would look into it the next day and he did nothing. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my transaction back. This place is full of liars and unethical people. Their pizza and service is absolutely terrible. Don't eat here, you will regret it.”

“I loved this place! I had really good food, had my special request handled with no extra charge. I wanted my steak prepared as a Cajun style. The staff was very nice and made my meal just the way I asked. The mashed potatoes were amazing, something about garlic when they boil the potatoes. It was a really good meal, and I had great service.”

“Best steak in years, went there more than once. Had elderly mother with us and they were only too pleased to give her a Childs meal, as she is not a big eater. Went there for breakfast one morning, not the choice of sizzlers, ponderosa etc, would not recommend breakfast. Going again December to USA, this place will definitely be on our list. “I have been to this restaurant many times and I can tell you that it is an awesome restaurant with great food, great service and a great atmosphere. It is literally one of my favorite restaurants and I go there often even though it takes me 45 minutes to get there from where I live. When I read the comments about the people on the patio who said the wait staff was rude, I was in disbelief because that has never happened to me in that restaurant. It is not a romantic place but then it's not designed to be. It is a great place to eat really good Tex Mex food. Since we moved to Florida from Texas, we can attest to the fact that it is definitely Tex Mex and not Sonoma or some other brand of Mexican Cuisine.”

“I have to say I agree with most of the reviews posted to date. The food is ok. Not superlative, I have had better at Legal Seafood and many other restaurants in New England, but this restaurant was very expensive! Specialty fish like bass, grouper etc were $40 per person. I had king crab which was a good sized portion, but was cold, as was the melted butter, so I couldn't even warm it up. The entrees were served minutes after the salads, which filled the table beyond capacity, and made for a very uncomfortable situation. The service was ok. Again, nothing special. We left a 10% tip and we always leave close to 20% and never less than 15% unless to make a point. Children's meals were overcooked and our children would not eat them, which was more wasted money. My husband had their special 23 hour roasted prime rib, which had a good flavor, but the texture was destroyed from the long cooking time. It's a nice looking restaurant, nice atmosphere. But I would not go back.”

“Two different experiences here, first for dinner, the waitress was lovely. Even made my daughter strawberry milk with syrup and milk when it was not on the menu. She was awesome. The food was good, and the experience wonderful. The second experience was on Sunday morning, for breakfast, the waitress was stressed, and made us feel stressed. She was impatient with the children and made them repeat everything. My husband's BLT was thrown together, compared with others on the restaurant that had been cut nicely and presented better. He later had an upset stomach. This is why I have 5's as one experience was wonderful and the other terrible.”

“This meal was awesome! The server was excellent. The atmosphere was great. This was the best meal we had during our vacation in Orlando. We actually almost went back a second time in a week, but it got too late and we had to do something quick. I had filet mignon which was delicious. Pure meat, not necessary to cover the flavor up with marinades or seasonings, it was delicious. It was fresh and tender and the lobster tail I had with it was wonderful. My daughter had the child's prime rib, and it was large enough for an adult, and perfectly cooked. Everything was cooked to perfection, the wine selection was excellent, and even the sparkling water was classy! I would recommend this to anyone.”

“We were so disappointed at this restaurant. The kids did not want to do the buffet so ordered a la carte, and the meals were ridiculously small. Maybe a dozen French fries, with a small cheese burger and the Mac and cheese were like a small size frozen banquet portion. The kids were still hungry and I had to order them a huge order of FF to supplement the meal. The lobsters were tiny! Maybe 2oz of meat in the whole thing! Maybe I am spoiled coming from the northeast, but they were the smallest lobsters I ever saw! They were also tough, not tender. The crab cakes, seafood Newburg, seafood salad etc were all fake crab, the imitation crab meat you can buy at the store. Very disappointing! The waiter was inaccurate and slow. It took two tries to get the right Martini and the kids had to wait for 1/2 an hour for their FF. We actually felt guilty eating, which really spoiled it for us.”
