“First ever visit here having visited FL a few times. TBH it will be my last. When we got there we were seated by the asst. manager and he his attitude could've been better by Kissimmee restaurant standards where the servers and hosts usually bend over backwards for you. He didn't seem to care. Our server was a nice chap and took our drinks order quickly. They don't serve any alcohol which came up a surprise they keep that quiet! The chicken quesadilla starter was lovely; however, the other starter of potato cheesy bite things was not. For the mains we ordered the following - knife and fork pulled pork sandwich, beef stroganoff and parmesan chicken with a special BBQ sauce. It was all pretty bland to be honest, the pork sandwich which was they really sold on the menu was so heavy it was heartburn on a plate and I don't suffer from heartburn usually. Fries were ordered as a side came in a bowl for me but on a side plate for my Dad and they were thrown down on the table by the asst. manager. The biggest thing was the argument between the server and the asst. manager about our order. The special BBQ chicken arrived as some measly bits of undressed chicken just sitting there on a plate with some boring looking veg. apparently this was what the row across the restaurant was about; the meal hadn't been right or ready or something. It was taken away and was replaced by breast with a BBQ sauce pored over. It was something you could knock up at home with a sauce from the supermarket. Definitely wouldn't recommend Bob Evans.”

• Friendly, authentic Italian food. Prices are reasonable and food superb! No lines and good service!
• Easy to drive down highway 192. Located next to a tourist trinkets place.

“I like Bruno's, the food is genuine Italian! The restaurant is clean the service is great. Having traveled to Italy many times while in the Navy. This place is as authentic as you can get to a small family restaurant in any Italian town or city. It makes you feel like you are having dinner in someone's home. Food is prepared when you order. Everything is homemade from the pasta, the sauces, fresh and delicious. The owner, who cooks and waits on tables, is a genuine Italian as well! The NY style pizza is made fresh from the dough on up. They even make their own sauce. Prices are very reasonable and portions are great. I have never left hungry or disappointed! You can't pass up a meal here. Close to Disney and other attractions. Can't get out? They even will deliver! Even their wine list is good. Kids are welcome and dietary needs can be met. A nice romantic dinner spot, or family dining. Just want a pizza? - you won't find better anywhere else.”

“The absolute worst food ever. The Lomein was like marinated shoe strings. Gen Tso's chicken growled at us. It was like a prison camp, they must have been filming a horror film. If you want to call it a restaurant you have to have edible food, in which there was none. I wanted to walk out after the first bite but I decided to try something else it got worse as I went. Warning stay away!”

“Ok its not for the red rose candle light romantic dinner but for a night out with the wife/girlfriend for dinner drink and a laugh its ideal, atmosphere is great and unlike the typical romantic restaurant nobody will be watching and there's no pressure. We went to Orlando and went as a family of 5, in 2 weeks we went twice but as there is so many restaurants a second visit meant it was very good. Our waiter was great, had a laugh, took pictures, didn't leave us alone for more than 5 mins but never seemed to be annoying, we couldn't wait to get home and go out for a meal and see the difference, nobody is grumpy in America, we thought that it was all put on but you actually believe they really mean 'have a nice day' and they do. They do get taxed on 15% tips on their wages even if they don't get tipped so a good service is essential to them. Logan's is fun, good food and the bread is so good, the cocktails are big and the beer on tap in the big 22oz glasses are great. If you like steak, ribs and chicken and a good laugh and want to throw peanut shells on the floor without being told off then go for it, you wont regret it.”

“We had difficulty getting to the restaurant because of the highway system but once inside the food, service and atmosphere was great. I had frog legs and others had a variety of dishes. All were good, even their French fries. This was a good place for families because the price was moderate and the food was great. Everyone was very nice.”

“The food at the restaurant was pretty good compared to all the other Chinese restaurants in that area. The service was good as well. The overall atmosphere needs a little work. I heard that the restaurant was moving to a new location across the street. The new building was under construction and everything would be new.”

“I visited Perkins with my family & my brothers family there were nine of us in total & we went into Perkins in 2005 the food was great service was great then we went back to Perkins in 2007 & all I can say is that nothing had changed from 2005 I recommend Perkins to anyone cause food is great & is great value for your money the steak & eggs for breakfast is lovely.”

“My friends and I decided to go to Charley's Steakhouse in Orlando because someone told that it was the number one Steakhouse in the city or something. If that is true. I would suggest not eating steak in Orlando. When I first walked in I saw a 50 oz Porterhouse steak displayed in a glass display case and it was more like a T-Bone. There was at most half an inch of meat on the filet side. Who were they trying to fool? That's how things began. It took us 20 minutes to get our water and not everyone got it on the server's first try. We had to ask a few times for everyone to get served water! Then, the pan fried calamari we ordered as an appetizer came out disgusting and soggy. Our salad basically had no dressing (by the way they only offer the watered down vinaigrette dressing, no ranch or blue cheese) and they did not have horseradish for the steak. Have you ever had to ask for a refill on your coke 3 times before getting it? Oh yeah, it happened at our table! On the other hand the desert was pretty good and the waiter was extremely nice. He noticed that it was my friends birthday and brought out a large birthday cake slice and had his crew sing happy birthday! I thought that things were actually turning this horrible experience around for the better. Its better late than never. Unfortunately, the waiter was either new or incompetent without good reason. Our waiter brought us tickets that showed us what we owed with the automatic 17% gratuity added. Did he deserve it? No. but like I said, I was feeling pretty good after my awesome desert, so whatever. I gave the guy my credit card and got a bill that didn't match the ticket. He tried to charge me more! Not just me either. Everyone's bill was messed up. We waited about 20 minutes for him to print out new tickets. We shared our dining experience with the manager on duty, Darcy, but she seemed unsympathetic to our concerns. She listened politely, but the look in her eyes expressed what she thought. We were just tourists and she had to hear us out because it was her job. Most places at least discount your ticket or try something to ensure the customer's satisfaction. We weren't looking for a free meal, even a sincere apology would have been appreciated. To sum things up, Charley's has disgusting overpriced food and horrible customer service. Unless you want to put a damper on your vacation and squander 2 hours of your life, stay away! Outback or Longhorn even McDonald's would be a better alternative to this dump.”

“The absolute worst food anywhere! For the price, you deserve better than watered-down Spaghetti and Fettuccini Sauce. The only beer they offer is watered down bud light on tap. The only thing that looked good on the buffet was Lasagna and it was gone so fast that when I went through the line there was none left. They didn't bother bringing more very fast. To top it off, we were pushed into spending more money. To get good seats, you have to arrive early and are required to buy more drinks another $10-15. Then they tricked us into paying $20 for a family picture. Finally they suggest big tips for the servers, who do nothing but bring you drinks.”

• Hated the whole place!

“We had been to this restaurant before and it was pretty good. The various selections were appetizing and a good value for the money. But now, HORRIBLE! I wouldn't feed this food to my dog. VERY limited selection and what was there was awful, dry , some things cold and they were out of many things that they should have had at dinner time. No types of bread or rolls, the turkey that was probably to be carved looked as if it had sat there for days and there was no one attending it. The soda (diet Pepsi) had a funny after taste. We didn't even attempt dessert and on top of it there wasn't any ice cream as before!”

“Hi joy! Every time we go to Orlando, we eat in Bennigans on the first night. We enjoy the food especially the shrimps steaks and "knife-thru' burgers, but the usual annoyance of balloon makers occurs- kids love the shamrock topped cookies.”

• We didn't suffer major injuries from their negligence!
• This was the absolute worst customer service we've ever had!

“This location of an otherwise fabulous restaurant had the absolute worst service we've ever experienced. After a full tray of glassware fell and shattered onto our table, the manager disappeared and we had to go rouse staff members to clean up the glass. We had to ask to be moved and then they brought us our drinks from the glass-covered table. The food was mediocre and took forever to arrive and no one apologized for our wait or hazardous condition. The only thing we could assume was that they knew we were tourists and they'd never see us again! Believe me, they won't!”

• We ate lobster until it was coming out of our ears.
• There is absolutely nothing negative.

“This restaurant is fabulous. It is all you can eat of lobster, other seafood, beef, chicken, the best rolls while they play songs from the 50's and 60's rock and roll with various statues and pictures of old movie stars. It is on the side of the Holiday Inn. I never ate at the small soda and hamburger section when I was there. I can't wait to go back.”

“I have been a customer on and off since 1993. Le Mays was always known for their salads, sandwiches, Cal zones and sometimes pizza (depending who was making them at the time.) The pasta dishes have always projected a frozen food product, same with the desserts. One of the best and most consistent items had been removed from the menu a while back, the wings. The prices are also inflated for what you are receiving in return. The operators taking take out orders have always been professional, but not very flexible, and that's the lack of empowerment given. The delivery drivers are nice but most of the time has excuses for running past the quoted time given.”

“This is probably the sleaziest place I've been in along time. First you walk in and it doesn't smell like food it smells like wet mold! Should have been my first sign! Actually before that it has a huge misleading sing out front saying all you can eat pasta! Which come to find out is pasta and marinara sauce! We were willing to give it a try any ways. The prices were a little more expensive than Olive Garden. Wine was good! As far as food goes it was very bland, pretty much unappetizing. Every body was friendly that's about all the good I can say about it!”

“The restaurant located in Midwest city Oklahoma needs to do better if it wants to survive. First walked in and stated that it would be approx. 45 wait-so we waited-15min later to our table-ordered our drinks, then our dinner-and 30 min later-no dinner-a couple next to us came in 15min later dinner on their table and we are sitting 45 min later-our table was going to call the manager but we saw him busy with another table that had been there prior to us and no food-finally our food and you could tell it was sitting for awhile, cold. I know it is a new restaurant, but it will be awhile before we try again”

“We happened to come upon this place by chance. It was later in the evening and everyone else was full and had an extremely long wait. We were sat in a modest amount of time and the food was marvelous. This isn't a place to eat if you are watching your budget. If you decide to eat here you won't be sorry! It will be a unforgettable experience.”

• Excellent service, great food, perfect atmosphere.
• Cannot think of any negatives for this place.

“My family and I were on vacation and came across this restaurant. We decided to give it a try. Let me tell you all that this was the best restaurant that we have ever been to. The service that we received from our waiter was phenomenal. I do not remember his name, but he was well tipped, and was well worth it. The food was awesome, and the prices totally reasonable. I would highly, highly recommend this place to everyone. It will be the only place that we go to if we are in the Florida area again.”

• Value for money, very good atmosphere, wonderful staff and food.
• None. But when are they coming to the auk?

“I visited logins on holiday, my wife, daughter and I ate there on the first day in Kissimmee. We tried a few other places but always went back to logins. It took me a while to get used to throwing the peanut shells on the floor, but great fun! The food is very good (I still remember the new York strip steak with great fondness). As for the staff they really will do anything to please you. (We saw the whole team of staff sing happy birthday to a young girl on a table nearby). The restaurant is very family friendly, with staff always making a point to talk happily to my daughter. I would highly recommend logins to anyone without any worries.”

“Kissimmee steak house has excellent ribs, steak, salads. Staff is country-friendly in cattleman's country. (Don¿t come in with an expectation of San Francisco). Very suitable for entertaining executive guests. It's a favorite. Do expect tablecloth, linen, candlelight.”

“The food was great, but not that great given the atmosphere and price! I'd prefer Charley¿s steakhouse on obit over this any day of the week in this price range, or logins steakhouse for good steak at a low price. I hate spending good money on good food, to be sitting in something so dumpy. Someone needs to spend some of that money they are raking in on some decorating. Get some booths with partitions or something; it gets really loud in there too!”

“After living in Kissimmee for 5 years, I finally found a good authentic (read: greasy & tasty) Mexican restaurant! Great food, service is just ok, but you go there for the food anyway! Try this place for lunch one day, as most downtown workers do. ”

“Friendly helpful staff in exciting atmosphere, food sumptuous cooked to perfection, must try their peanuts, shells to be dropped on the floor!! Nothing too much trouble for the staff, highly recommended, has tried other restaurants but always goes back to logons roadhouse.”

• The service was just about the worst I have experienced.

“The food was very good, but my overall dissatisfaction overshadows the food quality. The service was absolutely horrible. When we could find our waiter, we had to request drink refills, request more bread, request sugar for coffee. Had the waiter been attentive, he would have provided this to us without us having to ask. We dined at 9:30 in the evening, and the place was not very busy, so there really wasn't any excuse. At one point, we even called the manager over. He stated he would try and help the server, but we never saw the manager again. The food took quite a while to come out, but we were told that was because we were a party of 8. One of the meals was not correct, but due to time constraints (we were there so long, the restaurant was closing), she just decided to eat the food anyway. We had requested separate checks for the four couples, and I guess perhaps they are not use to doing that, but the checks were not correct, and three of the four had to be sent back for corrections. The worst part about all of this, we were stuck paying an 18% gratuity because of the large party. All of us agreed that we would have never tipped that much based on our experience. As I said earlier, the food was very good, but based on my experience I don't think I would visit the restaurant again, and cautions others before dining there.”

“We stayed in Kissimmee for 6 nights in August 2006. We had intended to try a selection of the local restaurants, but nothing could beat Logans. It's quirky, with the flood covered in peanut shells, from the ones supplied in buckets on all the tables. When a child near use spilled her soda the waitress quickly threw a handful of shells on to the floor to soak up the liquid. The food in fresh and tasty. The steak and ribs are amazing and the sweet potatoes to die for. Enjoy!!”

“Ace Buffet Chinese, is great for the holiday maker, or for the intrepid traveler, as it offers good quality food at a low price. We visited ace buffet while on holiday in July 06. There was so much choice and of course you could go back for as much as you liked. The drinks were re-filled for free, and the staff were pleasant enough. The only negatives, are that the restaurant looked like it could do with a make-over and refurnishing, but other than that it was a great experience.”

• The riders and handlers.

“Food was ok, I thought the show started well, until I saw that they were using restraining head reins and I can't believe I actually saw someone using spurs! Only the comic horse appeared to have a genuine working relationship with his handler/rider and didn't need aggression to make him do what was required. Beautiful horses, a real shame that these points ruined the show for me.”

• Food is good - when you get what you order.
• Orders consistently wrong, runs out of food.

“In five years, this KFC has gotten our order wrong about 85% of the time. Or they do not have stock for what we order - like chicken legs or breasts. And it doesn't matter what time of day or night we go - there is no rhyme or reason as to why they run out of food. We love KFC and go often and keep hoping it will get better - it never does. I understand this is a training store. Since this is a huge tourist area, I guess they think it is better to tick off people that won't be back. ”

• Just as good as an all you can eat restaurant, great prices.
• Buffet can be a bit untidy, but staff are there to clean up any mess.

“Adult meals range from $9.99 (6GBP approx) and up. You will be shown to a seating area once you have made your orders. Once seated you can use the buffet at no extra cost and as much as you want. Once the meal has been served and eaten, you may approach the buffet area again and choose one of many choices of deserts. You can have more than one desert, but that's just greedy. We were given a voucher for the nik nak shop next door. Only able to get a key ring with it though. (Something for nothing). Once you have dined there you will be given a discount voucher for a follow up meal. Kids meals are cheaper.”

• The gorgeous horses.

“You go to Arabian Nights to see the horses, not for the food. My husband joked that they could have served me anything - I was so entranced with the beautiful horses I paid no attention to the meal. I can say that it was edible but hardly gourmet. But it was exactly what we expected and the show was great!”

“Upon arriving we ordered through the teller machine and a human took our order. 35-40 minutes later still no food delivered. I went in and they said they are now closed. I stated how I was sitting there waiting for 35-40 minutes while other people who came after me had already received their orders and I was still waiting. The manager told me I had to leave the building because no customers were aloud inside. I told him I was waiting for my order that never got delivered 40 minutes. a waitress looked and there was my order sitting on the warmer. she rushed me out and gave me my order. Upon arriving to hotel, the order was totally wrong and not what I had ordered. The male manager of this place is an idiot, rude and could careless. As for A&W food in the past has been great!! As for these people having any idea what the heck is going on.. They are clueless and do not care if you had made an order when they were open 40 minutes prior and that you sit there without them even notifying you that they forgot your order and are now closed. I do not recommend going here at night. I do recommend a new manager who cares about the customers. someone who makes sure things are taken care of properly, not someone who just sits in his chair letting the employees swear up a storm in front of customers. Go during the day. Hopefully he wont be there and you will get your food delivered and good communication!”

• Lots of horses.
• Awful food!

“I am a horse lover, so I decided that this would be a fun show to see. My husband and I (20's) decided to sign up for the VIP experience. I read that this would allow you a barn tour, meet and greet with the horses, and good seats. Well I will say you get excellent seats...however no barn tour :( and the meet and greet is no good. They have a few horses put behind a chain area so you can't really pet them. The show was EXCELLENT! Lots of different acts and lots of talent. The food is really bad though...I got chicken tenders and no sauce! Wedding cake was stale, yuck....but the show was great!”

“Service was horrendous, and commercial. A photographer will try and force a picture at your table, and every little additional item is extra ( e.g. order spaghetti, and you will need to order or pay extra for the meat balls !). Certainly not worth the wait or the prices. ”

“Promised a 10 minute wait, which turned into an hour. Assistant manager sneezed all over himself on way to our table. Waitress forget a number of items, including drinks, appetizers, salads, then salad dressing, then more drinks. She then became angry with us, which evolved into a very unpleasant exchange. The manager came out and basically sided with her, which we viewed as an outrageous response. Food was late, cold and horrible, drinks were forgotten or late, and warm. Glorified TV dinner. Coffee was cold. Terrible representation of a Red Lobster. ”
