“Food was good but way over-priced for the atmosphere and amenities. The building is a dump.”

“This was a huge disappointment! The steaks were horribly overpriced for mediocre product - $35 for a 12 oz non prime steak - the menus are verbal with no price - given the tacky atmosphere I was shocked at the bill, thing added was a hair (really). I felt that since the menu was verbal they adjust the price to the clientèle.”

“I ordered seared Ahi Tuna and it was terrible! It was as chewy as an overcooked pork chop. The spinach salad wasn't much better.”

“This was our first visit to Summit to celebrate our 32nd anniversary and I was extremely disappointed and will not return. The food is overpriced, quality and service was average at best. Steaks were cooked properly but lacked flavor especially for what you would expect for a $32 steak. We have had just as good if not better steak and prime rib at the Texas Road house. Grant you the atmosphere is totally different but I will gladly put up with noise to get a a meal were my food is tasteful, service is normally excellent with staff checking on meal and refilling your empty water and tea glass without having to flag your waiter down and price includes your salad and side.”

“The food was amazing, the service was a little slow, but well worth the wait. Family friendly atmosphere, I take my daughter (6) all the time. I have also had dates there, the romance is alive and well here. The Mexican theme is not over done, but is authentic. I recommend everyone check it out.”

“On 9/20/07, I went to the bar area and sat at the bar to wait for my date. It was 6:00pm. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting to order a beer. My date showed up so we took a seat in the bar area. Another 10 minutes went by before we were approached by the bar tender. Another 10 minutes before we got our drinks. Forty minutes before we got our food. In the meantime we ordered 1 more drink each and were told 3 times that our drinks were on the way. I know what you might be thinking but there were only 2 other couples in the bar area. I tip on quality of service, not percentage that stems from corporate greed that relies on the customer to make up for their rationalizing a low wage. The bartender took the black book with my tip in it and threw it up on to the bar towards a waitress while saying very loud so every one could hear " here you might as well have that" maybe she should learn what it is actually supposed to take to deserve a good tip instead of trying to embarrass a customer that is dissatisfied with unsatisfactory service.”

“Sonoda's is a Japanese sushi chain that is one of the four major sushi competitors of the greater Denver area. It's the most widespread, with ever increasing locations. The sushi is usually fresh, though as with most sushi restaurants a few thousand miles from any coastline, certain days of the week are better than others (hint: Friday). Non-sushi selections are good, with some creative Asian-fusion appetizers and traditional favorites like edamame and miso. This place is great for sushi inductees as well, with highly Americanized rolls like Philly, California and Denver varieties. Expect to wait a long time for a seat, even at the bar, any day from Thursday to Saturday.”

“Armandos is the best Italian food we have tasted anywhere. Their pizzas are unbelievable. ”

“One of the finest in Denver. Consistent in excellence for the 19 years I¿ve been here.”

“On the last three visits to outback we have either had a terrible waitress or awful service. our visit on 7/15/06 the steaks were terribly salty. when we told the waitress she said that's because of the 17 seasonings they put on it. I don't think so, we've been to outback's hundreds of times over the years and never had a steak so salty. the outback is the one located off e-470 and smoky hill. We will never visit that establishment again.”

“This is a medium-sized family run business adjacent to a La Quinta Motor Inn. Most of the clientèle is Hispanic (always a good sign for a Mexican restaurant). The dress is casual, but the clientèle tend to wear their better casual clothes (no shorts or tee shirts, but rather pressed jeans and dress shirts). The decor is as nice as a former CoCo's restaurant can be, but I patronize this establishment for the food. The Carne Asada is the best I've ever tasted in any city. The margaritas, although not the best I've ever had, are good. Dinners are in the $10-15 range.”
