Angelini's Italian Restaurant

• The Tortellini Alfredo is off the hook!
• Sometimes (rarely, but it does happen) the marinara sauce is a little runny. It could be too that my rigatoni wasn't properly drained, but it really takes away from the flavor.

“Angelini's is the place to go for delicious pasta. I haven't had anything else, but their marinara sauce is better than any other place in the area. My favorite dish is actually the Tortellini Alfredo. I'm still trying to replicate their Alfredo sauce in my kitchen, and although mine tastes good, it still is not the same as Angelini's. My husband and I moved out of the central valley and this place is one thing I miss the most!”

• Vegetarian dishes very good.
• The beef dishes can be tough.

“Excellent Eggplant dishes, moo-shu vegetables, and anything with fresh green beans or asparagus. The beef dishes have been inconsistent - some very good - some stringy and chewy. All in all one of the better Chinese restaurants in Turlock.”

• Friendly owners and wait staff.
• Long wait on Friday and Saturday evenings.

“Pretty good Italian food but often long wait to get in. Decor is dated and getting a bit shabby. Needs a freshening up. Booths with checker tablecloths can be a bit romantic. One of the more popular restaurants in Turlock.”
