• Food could have been better.

• Excellent food.
• Worse service ever, I didn't see a waitress happy.

“My family took me out to eat at your restaurant last Sunday, March 23 2008. We walked in at 5:45 PM, your hostess looked angry and unhappy, instead of making us feel welcome she said without even looking at our eyes: "What can I do for you", I thought this is not a service/repair shop, anyway I replied, we don't have a reservation and we are 4, she looked at me without saying a word, then she gave us a table. My daughter found a blond hair in her green salad; when I called the waitress she was very sarcastic as if it was something fun; instead of acting apologetic like a professional waitress, she just said "would you like another salad without hair or soup". At that moment I wanted to get out of there but my husband was starving and didn't want to drive to Olive Garden restaurant, Paragary's was closed. To make the story short, we had to remind your waitress 3 times about the bill. We had the worst service ever; their negative attitude makes an unpleasant atmosphere. Please just rewind your tape and observe the attitude of your staff, see their faces all of them looked very unhappy working there, is as if they are there because they don't have other place to work. I didn't want to leave a single penny tip, but my husband insisted on giving them at least $ 5.00. We Mexicans value hard work and good service; we usually double the tax of our bill when it comes to rewarding our waitress for their service, but not to your staff. Please let them know, I did it on purpose because their service was far below poor service, I'll rather to drive to Tracy or Modesto to enjoy a family environment restaurant but never again go back to your restaurant. Whether you care for my business or not I thought it is important for you to know that your food is excellent but the service in my opinion it has been the worst.”

• Great flavor.
• Kind of pricey for as much as you get.

“I am really hard to please when it comes to Thai food. Not to say that I really know what's authentic or what's not, but I know what's good. Since I moved to the central valley, I haven't been able to find a satisfactory Thai restaurant until now. The food is delicious. My only complaint is some of the prices can be a little high, but in my mind it's definitely worth it for good Thai food. And if you go in during lunch time, the lunch prices are usually around $7. I would recommend the Tom Kha Ga soup. It's my favorite soup and the one thing I was looking for from a good Thai restaurant and Bangkok's exceeded my expectations.”

“My daughter and I just had Easter brunch at this restaurant and it was not worth the trip! The food (what there was of it) was excellent, however, the potatoes were not hot; the eggs benedict were not prepared when we arrived; none of the condiments for the bread were labeled and there were few selections. The service was terrible! Our water glasses were never refilled; the coffee was not kept hot; we were never advised where the brunch food was without asking and one family accidentally spilled ice water on the lap of one of their members and there was no help offered by the servers! In addition, coffee was extra, as was any other drink. All other brunches we have attended include these in their charges. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.”

• Choosing own, thick steak.
• Parking space and lighting is inadequate.

“Great steak- excellent for business travelers looking for a great meal away from home. Also, great for a date, but not romantic enough to "propose" to your girlfriend!”

• Elegant.
• Too expensive - not a business atmosphere.

“Too expensive for what you get. Also, 18% of total bill incl tax is added for requesting separate checks. Most business people require this for expense accounts and tax purposes.”

• Elegant.
• Too expensive; seated in dark corner, couldn't read menu, asked to be moved.

“Far too expensive. three of us had dinner only, no salad, soup, appetizer, dessert; 2 had a martini, 1 had a Chardonnay. 2 had coffee. Bill $116 plus tip of $10.”
