Quality of food and service was memorable. .
Sushi bar was very popular and got a bit crowded. .

“Fresh quality fish, large portions, exceptional service. Also, have teriyaki, tempura, and noodles. Around 8 pm, Sushia bar turns into a drinking bar amongst the regulars. .”

Good meats, just skip the flavorings so you can actually taste them .
Loud! Pour wine selection.

“Restaurant was way too loud. Could not hear our waitress. She actually had to scream at times. Tri-tip and steaks were over peppered, food came out too fast telling me it just sits under the headlamps until someone orders it. Not fresh. Wine selection is typical of any diner USA. No local highlights of our great California wines. It's ashamed, this place has potential, but the locals don't now any better so they wont foster a change.”

Good food, adequate service.
Bring sanitary wipes.

“This establishment usually has good food, and the service can be adequate. My problem with the Stray Steer is the building its self. It is way to dark upon entering, and what is under all the sawdust on the floor...! It looks like the knick knacks and decorations haven't been washed or dusted since the place was opened. ”
