• Can't think of a thing!

• The Chicken is great.
• Its an old building.

“I've vacationed every summer in Rehoboth and I always stop and get this chicken. I've talked to the owner and she is very nice and pleasant to talk to. She like to keep it in the family. The Chicken is freshly done daily.”

• Chicken is GREAT.
• Disgusting dirty floors (reminds you of a roach motel).

“I've been there twice in 2 years (I thought I'd give it a second chance). It has some of the best chicken I've ever eaten. The side orders were nothing special. The reason I won't go back is the dirt. Filthy floors and 1970's wood paneling on the walls. If they'd throw up some fresh paint and actually used a scrub brush on the floors, might bring me back. The locals seem to love it (but I'm a local that doesn't). .”

• Salads and dressings exceptional.
• Would not order seafood there, none so far have been prepared well?

“Love the salads and breads. Like the old historic type atmosphere. Comfortable and good prices.”

• Excellent food.
• Tables too close together

“Food was excellent! Service friendly and fast. Too many tables in certain areas made space very loud at full capacity. We loved the American flag mural, very charming.”

• Great Value, Service & Food.
• Too small.

“I've eaten at the Millsboro location and the food was wonderful. Service was great, too. Good value for the money. It is a little small, and the tables are close together, so it's not very romantic. They just opened another location last week in Milford (where I live and work) so I'm looking forward to having dinner.”

• Great atmosphere, delicious food, friendly service, reasonable price.
• Odd location, yet it's only one of two nice restaurants in that particular area.

• Food is excellent, served hot, and courteously. I have never received a bad meal there.
• Room can be loud, due to tables close proximity to one another
