• Food was quick.
• Bad food, bad service.

“Poor quality of food, I ordered chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes and received fatty chicken chunks floating in grease and instant mashed potatoes, all for about $15. My finance ordered the chicken Alfredo and was equally disappointed. Bad food and our waitress was obviously having a bad day and let us all know about it. I've driven past this place a hundred times without stopping, and wish I hadn't the other night.”

• I love the cal zones here, they are the best I've ever had.
• I wish more people knew how good this place is.

“The service was great, the food was even better. The bar scene was busy that night which made us feel like this is a great local place to dine. If you are in the mood for some good Italian food, for a low cost, this is the place to go.”

• Loved the Bartenders and Martini list.
• Management seems aloof and disconcerted.

“Outstanding value for quality and price. Beautiful decor. Incredible martinis - Dustin and John, the bartenders, are masters of their trade and wonderful acquaintances to spend time with while dining or having cocktails. Lunch service is very quick without compromising quality. Found it slightly odd that managers were having dinner at the bar while the restaurant was still busy, but the staff seems to have their senses together more than management. We will continue to visit for years.”

• Wait staff and manager.

“Amice's can run hot and cold. The wait staff does not look happy and there are some who are just hostile. Vested at lunch and due to dietary constraints, asked that the pasta be replaced with a vegetable. The waitress brought over the manager who made us feel like we were asking for a free meal. On some occasions, depending on who is waiting the table, the food and experience can be wonderful. But, if you want to be assured of a pleasant experience, go somewhere else, because it just isn't reliable. Good location, but there are too many other Italian restaurants in town to be stuck there.”

• Great selection of vegetarian food, friendly wait staff.
• Food not always hot, takes awhile to arrive.

“I have had very positive and not as positive experiences. While the wait staff is exceedingly friendly, there have been times when one meal arrives over ten minutes before another arrives, which is rather stressful. ”
