• The food, especially breakfast.
• When everyone smoked,it is now non smoking.

“Been going to triple A for 30 years. Very above average dinner. Breakfast is available 24/7 and hits the spot at about 2 AM. Always accommodates larger parties, very family oriented, super since it is now nonsmoking! Great place to eat anytime you want a large variety of choices or just plain breakfast.”

• The aquarium.
• If I wanted to be picky, I'd say get some better napkins but, I really have to stretch for something negative.

“For the first time in many years I visited the Triple A, and my past negative impression was completely reversed. I had corned beef and cabbage on St Paddy's Day; large portions, nice salad with lots of bread good seven layer cake for dessert and pleasant professional service. Beside the usual meat, potato, carrots and cabbage there were peas, an unexpected surprise. The place was clean and very authentic diner atmosphere. Just remember it is a diner. If you're looking for gracious atmosphere, culinary originality or the attributes of a real restaurant you won't visit this type of place. But if you like good diner quality and quantity Triple A does the job beautifully. I'm looking forward to my next visit.”

• Soups.
• Service, terrible fat food.

“The restaurant is the worst in east Hartford ct, based on service and food. The restaurant is dirty; there is no place to sit, only to wait your pick up dishes. The floors are sticky when you come in and delivery guys get mad when you don't give them tips. When you pay at the cash register they scream at you if you don't understand what they are saying. Terrible.”

• I have never gotten bad service or a bad meal in 8 years.
• Nothing.

“The food is always outstanding, the wait staff is friendly prompt and efficient and courteous. It is a great place to eat. The portions are generous!!!!! ”

• Great food and drinks
• can get very crowded

“A great resteraunt/bar. You get the best of both worlds here. Half the place is a family restaurant and the other half is a bar atmosphere. The food is incredibly good and is moderately priced. Great drink specials as well. A great place to take a date or to go for happy hour.”
