Grazie An Italian Cafe

• The bathroom looked clean.
• Everything I just wrote.

“This was the worst Italian Restaurant I have ever been to. The Martini's were overpriced and watered down. The bread was bland. The Cesar salad very cheap. The Parmesan cheese was bought from pre-graded store. The main course was one of their specialties Gratzi's Saute. Overcooked pasta, 2 leathery prawns and a bite full of sand from one of the two scallops. Salmon was bland. Thank goodness for the lemon wedge that saved it from the trash. And the entree was $25.00! $20.00 for one bottle of screw top Cab. I will never go to this restaurant again. Very disappointed.”

• The attitude, customer service should be priority - happy customer means equals a happy business.

“I called to try to get a general idea of where the restaurant is located, and the woman who answered the phone was not fluent enough to give me an idea of where they're located. She said I'm busy and hung up the phone. I will never eat at this facility. If they are not staffed enough to answer a potential customers question, I can only imagine what the service will be like. I always scout out new places, before I take my co-workers/company to visit. Because of her attitude the restaurant has lost money in a time when everyone is looking for money. I give this restaurant an F.”

• Can be busy on peak nights.

“I live in Brentwood and have been going to Grazie since it opened. It's great place with a great staff. The owner will usually come around to all the tables to see how your experience was.”

• Quality meat and seafood. Everything tastes fresh made with fresh ingredients.
• 45 minutes from my house.

“Very fresh ingredients and good quality meat used. They also have a sushi bar that is excellent. Very clean, very fresh, nice people.”

“The food is good, not the best that you can get around town. The service is average. The atmosphere is cafeteria like, a little cramped for my style. Great place for families.”

“The people who work here are so nice it's actually touching. It makes you want to eat their food just because you appreciate their kindness so much. The food is average good Chinese food, with a large selection of American foods. I generally am not a fan of Chinese food and am a fairly picky eater. I found the meat they used in their food to be fatty. Most people probably would not even notice this though. My family loves their food.”

• Cockroaches and Service.

“Nice looking place. The service was really slow, especially for being the only people there. We received our bread quickly, but the water took forever. I was irritated at being thirsty with no service person in site. My salad was perfect; it was really good with all the little yummy ingredients included. The worst thing was seeing the sidewalk on the way of out of the restaurant covered, I'll repeat covered in cockroaches.”
