“It has the greatest ribs, prime rib, [usualy large portion], pork chops [4], and one of the best country fried steaks ever. There is usually enough to take home in the dogie bag. But my dogie never gets it. Sorry. I have taken all my relatives and friends there. One friend called me afterworlds and said thanks you so much for taking me there. It was the best ever. If you want to impress someone, take them there. The cost won't break you. It's reasonable by today's standards.”

“Glowing review yes, but I was very impressed. Food was excellent, I had a simple chicken dish with black rice, simply an amazing, I received a great recommendation for an excellent wine from a very knowledgeable and friendly server.”

“If you are in a hurry or tired of $15 Hotdogs, this place is a God send after a long day at Disneyland. This is the same McDonald's food you get anywhere in the US, and there is something comforting about that amidst all the craziness at Disneyland. Plus they have awesome sugar cookies 3 for $1 you can bring with you into the park for a few snacks throughout the day. Save a few bucks and eat here at least once if you are traveling to Disney for a few days.”

“We've visited Goofy's Kitchen more than once a year for the past several years. Our latest visit was this past weekend and we were disappointed with the quality of food. The eggs seemed powdered and had these tiny holes in them whatever that was about and the bacon didn't have the familiar taste we've grown to love and look forward to. We tried an omelets and it was unappealing flat and dry. They're not the nicest people unless they're taking the picture you don't want to buy *we go there many times a year so we don't change much to warrant an update* or sweet talk you to buy a photo you don't want. Other than that they leave you alone only swarming to clear your table.”

“Great location close to the main gate of Disneyland and open late so you can satiate the appetite created by walking miles all day after the park is closed. I especially liked ordering the yogurt fruit and granola parfait! They seemed to know when they would get a surge of customers and more staff members materialize at the tills to help keep long lines from forming. Bathrooms not that clean, so wait until you get to your hotel or home if you can.”

“The food is very good, flavorful and good quality. The chef's and staff make you feel like you are being served by minutes They do not talk to you and are not friendly. They really need to improve in this area, then they would have it all.”

“Everything about this place was great! It's very cozy and everyone was very nice. Great food and decent prices. I love the snacks they bring to the table while you decide what to order. They have these little licorice candies by the register too. I really love this place! The place was fairly small, so avoid the dinner rush if you can. It can get very busy. But it was so worth the wait!”

“I was very disappointment to go in to Fritz on a Friday 8-29-08. it was slow in there and most girls have attitude. it doesn't even compare to the one in bellflower or any other place I have been to.”

“By far the best breakfast in West Anaheim! Close to Knots Berry Farm! They give you a lot of food at a great price. Very cozy! A lot of regulars! Been around for like 30 years!”

“Me and My husband used to live in Buena park and my daughter still lives in the area! Every time we come to visit, omega is a must! The Greek family who runs it is great and you can tell the food is always fresh. We always go in for breakfast and the place is usually busy! I love the gourmet omelets, and the kids get the French toast. The son that works there always plays with the kids and keeps them laughing!”

“My family and I have been going to mexi-casa for nearly 30 years and we all love the food and I don't remember if the prices have ever changed. We all feel you can't get a better meal for the money. The family from Seattle claiming food poisoning? That is some pretty poor luck or perhaps it was something eaten at Disneyland?”

“Great food, horrible service. Our waitress didn't want to be there that night, and didn't hesitate to let all her tables know that. We tried to inform the manager of her attitude, but he had left at 5pm. Thankfully our waitress left about halfway thru our meal, and our second server was very pleasant. Unfortunately, it was not enough to save the experience. I will never eat at this restaurant again, which is a pity, because the food was good.”

“Awesome food, the best I've had in Orange County, I've been going here since I was a baby. At this place the only thing that has to matter to you is top-quality food and a fun atmosphere. Don't expect to find traditional restaurant amenities like private tables since this is not a traditional restaurant. I absolutely love this place. The family that owns this restaurant also owns a sushi place in the same shopping center which by far has the freshest and best-prepared sushi I've ever had.”

“An excellent steakhouse! Good parking, easy to get to, friendly, truly great meals. My wife and I doped in while visiting relatives. She had the ribs and I had the prime rib. Both were perfect, as were the soups and salads. I will try the chicken next based on the soup! The portions were large, the service was a little slow but they were busy. Friendly staff in a comfortable, almost family kitchen-like setting. The bill was a pleasant surprise! We will go back whenever we are down. Say about once a year. Our only complaint was that it was a little heavy on the air conditioning where we were seated and that may have been a fluke.”

“I love this place. The host is always amazing. The wine list is excellent and well priced especially if you want good wine that is not going to break the bank, although they have plenty of bottles that you could spend good money on for the people who can afford it. It is worth going just for the soufflés. Definitely worth a try if your in the area.”

“I have been eating at Anaheim hills hibachi for 25 years! It used to be half the size it is now, I would even get the food "to go" on many occasions (when I lived in Anaheim hills). Unfortunately I am not that close anymore, but I get cravings all the time! Same owner (hi hank!) And a chef that's been there since day one also (hi Toro!). I only wish this secret hadn't gotten out! :).”

“Foscari is a rarity: a family-owned restaurant with upscale cuisine. The food is absolutely fantastic. I have never had a bad meal here. Their filet is tender and just as good as it would be at a fancy steakhouse. Their pasta is fantastic and they have a number of delicious sauces to choose from. The spinach ravioli is a menu staple and it is delicious. Their fresh fish is wonderful too. I love their Rosemary Foccacia bread, and their calamari has a great spicy red sauce. This is the quality of food you'd pay twice as much for if the restaurant was located in Newport Beach. It is probably better for romantic or client meals rather than for kids, but there are some booths that would work well for kids.”

“I'm not sure what the other person meant by "inappropriate", unless she went there for a romantic candlelight dinner. My family and I have eaten there several times over the past 10 years and have always enjoyed it. It has a very busy, wild west theme which my kids love. The meals are good, real down home food; not gourmet by any means but it doesn't pretend to be either. The servers are quick and attentive but don't hover. Good value for the price. If you are visiting Disneyland with your family give it a try one night.”

“My mouth is watering right now just thinking of eating the delicious butterflied Stockyard Special! It's the perfect place to go with your family and friends, or for a romantic night out. I just have to say that since I've eaten the steak, The Stockyard Special (butterflied) that the Steer Inn has become my number 1 steakhouse!”

“The food here is delicious; we always order the filet mignon and have found it hard to beat even at a fancy place like Ruth Chris. I know others mentioned it being like a chuck e cheese/Dennys atmosphere but I have been eating there for years and do not agree. Yes it is kid friendly but I have never seen kids running around. Also while you may end up eating with other people, that is the fun of eating at a restaurant like this. If you do not want to dine with others than any other restaurant would be a better pick. We always have fun chatting with other diners and even almost named our daughter due to a conversation with other diners there.”

“My husband and I ate at I hop this morning and was one of the worst experiences that we have ever had. The bacon was awful, not cooked enough. The waitress said that if the bacon were put in a microwave, it would be rubbery. We do not agree with that. The waitress did not bring any cream for coffee, even after asking for it. We had to get up and go find our own cream. The hash browns were cooked too long. We have eaten at many hops, but this was the worst of all of them.”

“Very good food, however none of the chef's seems to interact with the customers. I have been to similar style restaurants (Kobe Steak House, Bennihanas) where the chefs put on a show for the customers in the true Japanese tradition. These guys said nothing throughout the whole dinner. I did however enjoy every aspect of the food. It was great!”

“Food is great. We've eaten here for the past ten years. Host/hostess not overly friendly. We once made a reservation for a party of 12 at 5:00. 11 of us were there 10 minutes early, the twelfth person was running late. They gave our table away and made us wait an hour for our friend who was caught in traffic. We even told the host we would order for him! Apparently they enjoy watching their guests squirm. Like I said, food great! Service certainly doesn't leave you feeling warm and fuzzy! Oh, one more thing, good luck calling in ahead for a reservation! They never answer their phones.”

“Perhaps I'm out of line here, but I met a friend for lunch there on a Saturday at 1:45 (they close at 2 pm, before reopening for dinner) and when we walked in my initial impression was they were already closed, as we were the only ones in the restaurant. I asked the waitress who approached us if they were open she said yes and seated us. After they brought out our food they immediately brought the check, explaining that they needed to close the register out. I was happy to comply and paid the bill before even starting my meal. Not 10 minutes later, the waitress returns and informs us that the restaurant in now closed and if we could finish up...now I understand this girl probably just wants to end her shift, but why did they seat us just to turn around and kick us out? They even cut the lights while we finished up. I was too shocked to get angry, the food was par at best, nothing to rave about but the service is enough to say never again!”

“I have been there for lunch on three separate occasions and each time taken someone different. They have all returned themselves. The food is very good, the service is excellent. It is easy to get in and out at lunch and still feel as though you went out to a great place and not be late getting back to the office. Loved it! Thank you!”

“Great restaurant for people enjoying screaming kids running around. Food is average and the service ok. Go there for a Denny¿s atmosphere at twice the price with less privacy (you have to eat at the same table with 7-8 other people).”

“1. Dirty- my boyfriend and I were seated at an unclean table. The seats, floor had leftover food from the last customer; as well as disgusting utensils (which I had to request new ones). 2. Unfriendly service- our server just looked like she had gone partying the night before and came into work with and I don¿t care attitude. No drink refills and just plopped our receipt without us asking for it yet. 3. Food poisoning- my boyfriend and I shared sausage links, so we know that these were the culprits. I believe they were undercooked. After a few hours of digestion, we began to have the same symptoms associated with food poisoning. It stirred the whole night. Headache, chills, Nausea. And etc. just overall a horrible experience. To top it off I contacted hop that same night to let them know of our situation. They put me on hold for like 10 minutes and were only transferred to the assistant manager, who did not seem to care; I just hung up frustrated and upset that we got treated this way. Beware and learn from my horrific experience!”

“The best kept secret; I love Mexican food and this is the best in orange county. All is made fresh daily salsa, chips, and soups. El torito, jalapeños, senor Campos, la Chiquita have tuff competition with el Conejos felid. Great for lunch. Try their lobster.”

“My husband, my kids and I visited taffy¿s when we were on our trip, the first night was a very good meal and the service was good. We then decided to eat there again the next night too. It was good then also. We are planning another trip this year and plan to eat at tiffs again. They are very friendly and do very well as far as service goes in any place where there is a big tourist attraction.”

“I have been going to Chris & Pitts since I was little and it has been one of my all time favorite restaurants. Every time I go, I always have a great time I feel relaxed, comfortable, and at home with the kind of atmosphere that is provided at the restaurant. It is a great place to go and have a good time with very generous portions of food at a reasonable price.”

“When you start off dinner with a soup as good and flavorful as their onion then you know right off the back that it's going to be an excellent dinner (or at least you know for every time you come back after your first time there)! Their fried rice and shrimp is absolutely unbelievable. I could eat it every day of the week and still want some more. The vegetables, as well as everything else there, are cooked perfect. Their service is unbeatable. The people are very nice. It's a great place to eat!”

“I have been a patron of the much smaller original branch on State College in Anaheim for over 10 years and I was surprised to find a Ho Toys branch in Anaheim Hills. I guess it was worth a visit! First off, this branch is bigger and cleaner. The other one is much more a take-out place compared to this one where you have space to actually sit down and eat. Well, ambiance aside the food is a whole other story. The food in Anaheim seems to be fresher than the ones in Anaheim Hills. The servings are bigger too! There are more logical specials in Anaheim. The service is better also! Fried items seem to have been refried at this location. I guess the food turn-around in Anaheim is better since they are busier so you get a fresher menu item. If this location is close to you it is worth a visit for a quick bite. There is really no better Chinese fast food around the area. Just make sure you look at the food you are picking very carefully. The menu items are not what are actually being served. If you call a menu item Almond Chicken shouldn't those ingredients be prominent? Why not call it what it really is, Celery Water Chestnuts?! Check the specials carefully also and don't get fooled by the fried wantons! They are just fried wanton wrappers. The one in Anaheim actually have fillings in them. Like a real wonton!”

“I used to deliver to them at 5am every week. I could hardly wait to get there. The cook arrives well before me and starts baking the daily bread, sauces, and meatballs. As soon as I arrived he would give me a fresh 12 in meatball sandwich. Of course I fell in love with the place. I have been a steady goer for over 10 years now. I live in the Italian section of Downtown San Diego, but this place is still the best I have ever tasted. Every item is outstanding and fresh. The owners are usually there and cater to your every whim. They are a really cute couple. One more thing. I have spent a lot of time in their kitchen. They take pride in a clean workplace. It's spotless. ”

“Our transportation driver suggested Tiffy's so we took him at his word. The fish and chips I ordered took forever to arrive, and amounted to a frozen square of "something fish" that was over-deep fried in the same dirty oil as the French fries were. Nobody cared that we didn't eat our food and asked for the check. NEVER AGAIN TIFFYS!!!!”
