Pancho's Mexican Restaurant

• The service was good.
• Your managers need to be trained better when food is coming out slow, you go to the kitchen to help not the bar.

“Everything was O.K. but I saw the manager treating his male employees differently than his female employees. I saw him trying to discipline a male employee for doing the exact same thing a female was doing and he was helping her. Practicing double standard.”

• Nothing.
• Horrible service, no customer service skills.

“I ordered a pizza from them for delivery, an hour later still no pizza so I called them back. I was told the delivery person tried to deliver the pizza and tried to call the number given. My advice to anyone wanting to lose weight is call them for a delivery, it will NEVER show up therefore you go hungry, or you get dressed and have to go out for something else. This was the second time this has happened. There are plenty of other places to eat in West Memphis, so don't waste your time calling Pizza Inn if you are hungry, an hour later you will only be hungrier.”

• Ponchos Cheese Dip; Taco Dressing.
• Everything Else.

“Here's a toast to everyone who has felt frustrated by the absence of poncho's cheese dip when life's journey took them far from home - To those who have felt a lack of understanding from a well - meaning friend who says: oh you mean Tostitos chili con quest? No my friend. No. To the travesty of going to a Mexican restaurant and hearing question? From the waiter when you ask if they have cheese dip. A side of shredded cheese isn't going to cut it, amigo. To the pain of ordering quest fun dido and discovering that it is stringy and odd, sigh, stringy and odd. Or worse: that the lowest of low cheeses - nacho - has filled your bowl. Here's to those who have had to go to the generic chain restaurant On the Border for their sub-par cheese dip because it's the closest thing you can find. Or rote inspired dip, which isn't bad but just isn't what your heart truly desires. And here's to the rest of the sad tales that you have endured: to parental rejection at the idea of shipping ponchos cheese dip overnight through the mail; to failed trips to Wal-Mart because at one time they purportedly carried Poncho's dip; to failed searches on amazon.com; and cheesy kitchen experiments gone terribly wrong. But finally, here's to that indescribable feeling of coming back to Memphis, and racing for the fridge - in the process, shoving friends, family and pets aside - and finally opening the lid and indulging in the miracle that is Poncho's cheese dip. Yes, here's to you poncho.”

• Wait people, workers are nice.
• Food is not seasoned, especially the veggies, and cornbread is too sweet, it's almost like cake.

“Upon till our last few visits we have been very pleased with Bonanza here in West Memphis. The service wait people were very nice. However, we noticed that the food is not as well seasoned as it has been in the past. We are disappointed in the change.”

• Enjoy watching them cook when the demand is heavy.
• Standing in line.

“We have eaten at this place many times. Over the course of time have tried most all of the menu. It's all good. I have Narrowed my order down to hash browns all the way and a buttermilk waffle. The food is good the service is good and the coffee is excellent. When we travel we are always looking for a waffle house their food and atmosphere is consistent. Downside. Sometimes have to stand in line for a seat. Only reason for rating 9 is 10's don¿t exist except @ my mother¿s house¿”

“I ordered a waffle and the waitress who was cleaning everything did not even wash her hands when she took my waffle off the griddle and brought it right over to me.... Gross”

Cracker Barrel

• Country Store products.
• Servers attitudes and level of service.

“I work in the service industry and meet hundreds of people throughout each day and based on the level of service I have received in the past I NEVER recommend that Cracker Barrel to any of them. They are great in the store part of the restaurant but the servers lack what it takes to exude true southern hospitality. I live in West Memphis and my husband and I loved it when it first opened, but now we drive to South haven MS when we want to go to Cracker Barrel. Seems like a waste when we live only 5 minutes from this one but in order to get friendly decent service I have to drive 45 minutes. PITIFUL!!!!!!!!!!”
