• Good menu, great service, clean, pretty, inexpensive.
• Hard to park. Have to park on the street with a meter, bring change.

“This is a Brazilian restaurant with a friendly staff, very pleasant setting (by the band shell in the park). The food is delicious, servings very generous and the host is more than gracious. It was actually inexpensive. The Wednesday special, Fejouada, is the Brazilian national dish and it is excellent. I had this in Rio de Janeiro, and I liked this better. Anything with lamb is great! Big salads! Try this for lunch with friends. There is outdoor seating, service to the tables after you order inside. I tried to rate this a 10! The button stopped.”

• The food, the ambiance, and the wine.
• It's a bit pricier than I had thought, but afterwards, I and two parties went with, concluded that it was well worth it.

“The chef creates an unusual blend of Southeast Asian, Chinese, and western delights. The best advice is to trust him to suggest dishes that he matches impeccably with wine. The chef is also a great narrator of how the ingredients for each of his unique dishes come together.”

“Oakland needs more quality restaurants in this league. Not only is the food outstanding but this is one of the few places you can find a waitress with that quality of personal service that is too rare these days.”

“East bay catering is very disappointing. While the food is flavorful, presentation is lackluster at best. Service is sloppy, dirty dishes are allowed to pile up. Passed appetizers are not finger food sized and messy to eat. Perhaps if they had an experienced catering, chef things would be better.”

• Friendly service and great soups and salads.
• Small seating area of 50 or less.

“Great place for working class looking for a great sandwich or salad in a hurry. Great daily specials and homemade soups too. The Clam Chowder on Fridays is one of the best!”

• Some of their dishes are good.
• Horrible service - wait time was awful.

“Sadly, I could not have experienced a more overtly racist experience at this restaurant. With an all white staff, host, hostess and waiters and only Mexican cooks, my mom and other friends went to eat there for dinner. We were two Mexicans and two south Asians. The host put us on the waiting list and told us it would be about 20 minutes. A slew of people arrived after us, who happened to be all white, and each party was seated, as we sat there for 50 minutes, inquiring as to the status of our table. This is the first time I am complaining about something like this and it really disturbed our party, and ruined our 3-year long good impression of the restaurant. They should be careful who they hire.”

• Chipotle Mexican grill should be instead not 360 g.b.
• I dislike the fact 360gburrito operate in Oakland airport.

“Cashiers treat you Nasty/food is not Mexican but it is a crazy concept/it is not worth the wait/I had chicken burrito that made me so sick/my friend had teriyaki burrito (very salty) this will be first & last to eat crazy 360 burritos/we called health dep. To let them know that I got sick/not recommended for children or old people.”

“Outstanding pizza and other items. Always get delivery so don't know about service in the restaurant. Deep dish is the best!”

• The food wasn't terrible -- just average.
• Overpriced -- food is too ordinary to justify the high prices.

“The food is about average for an Italian seafood restaurant. It is much overpriced (probably because of the waterfront location). Service is very poor, the waiters having the attitude that the restaurant is doing the customer a favor by allowing him to eat there. I did not choose the restaurant -- it was requested by people we were taking out. I can think of many other Italian restaurants that I would recommend before I suggested anyone go here.”

• Food, location, and service.
• Parking is difficult.

“I love the silver dragon restaurant! My dad used to take my mother and me there for special occasions and Friday night dinners. Everything I have ever tasted was pleasing to the taste buds and well presented. The service is good, the restaurant is clean and they even have a small but quaint bar away from all of the restaurant noise. I think the restaurant is run by 2 brothers. They obviously know how to run and maintain a business because they are still there and do pretty well. I always see someone there enjoying their scrumptious vittles. If you are ever in downtown Oakland and are looking for a nice, neat and pleasant eating experience make sure to stop by the silver dragon. The chicken chow mai fun and the cashew chicken is the bomb.”

• I love the fried rice, the mushu pork, the spring rolls, everything, you name it.
• That the food started me off on a Little Shin Shin Addiction.

“This is honestly the best food to ever cross my taste buds. The aromas surround you with an ambiance which is unlike anything ever experienced before. In fact, the food takes me to that higher level in life. It uplifts my spirit and soothes my soul. From the chicken fried rice to the egg rolls, all the way to the Shin Shin Vegetables, everything is unbeatable. Once you lift that fork you will not stop eating until there is nothing left on your plate. The pot-stickers are to die for. Out of every Chinese restaurant I have ever been to in my life in any section of the United States, quite honestly, none are even on the same level as Little Shin Shin. The food is affordable, the service is fast, the people are friendly, and most importantly your stomach will leave happily. Every Sunday night mine does. Best Chinese Food I have EVER tried. Go for it. You will like it.”

• The restaurant is pretty.
• The food it not worth the price.

“This used to be a good restaurant...now it's pretty horrible. The food was bland - the service was non-existent - and the owner/manager couldn't care less (or is too insecure to admit his restaurant has some faults he should address). Overall, I would recommend you not bother wasting your money here - it's totally not worth it. If you want a great meal - try Lalimes, Rivoli or Bay Wolf. These are all excellent restaurants.”

“The waitresses aren't babes, for sure. And the Hawaiian shirts are a nice touch. The place seems to always be busy. But the food is great and the portions are generous. If you're on a diet or expecting health food, look elsewhere.”

• Good Food and Good Beer.
• Can get crowded and noisy!

“This is a fun pub style restaurant that has a large variety of micro brewed beers on tap. The food is great for this type of a restaurant setting. I enjoy going to Bar clays with out of town friends that don't mind having a beer while waiting for a table. The wait staff is friendly. It can be a bit crowded on the weekends, so plan on waiting for a table if your going for dinner. There is outside seating as well, if the weather permits. ”

• Tacos Asada Con Todos are Wonderful.
• The truck gets SUPER busy and you have to wait sometimes

“For authentic Mexican street food look no further than tacos sinoloa at 22nd ave and international Blvd. Excellent tacos, tortas, burritos etc. There are two taco trucks on the property, one specializes in seafood, the fish tacos are amazing. The atmosphere is a true Oakland experience, just see for yourself. There is also a restaurant on the property which is confusing, but stick to the trucks. There is a covered patio with tables for eating in. Enjoy.”

• Bartenders make up their prices for drinks. People puke on the bars.
• No dress code. drunk people. Dangerously crowded, the floors shake. I will not return.

“Its the worst. They don't care. Your child could end up there. There is no dress code. The bartenders make up their prices for drinks, they let the people get too drunk, so much so they puke on the bar. If class is what you are looking for, don't go to kazoo. You might end up in a place you did not plan on. the crowd is 21 to drunk, if you get my drift.”

• Sashimi lacked freshness. Sushi was mediocre at best. Expensive.

“I was extremely disappointed to find that the quality of the food was inversely proportional to the expense. The sashimi lacked freshness resulting in a flavorless lump of obviously thawed raw fish saved only by liberal amounts of wasabi/soy sauce. The sushi was so lackluster I almost fell asleep. Even the edamame beans failed to please the palate -- they were over boiled and under-salted. Considering the quality or lack thereof, the food is shamefully over-priced.”
