• I like everything about there food and prices are good.
• Wish they had more place to extended restaurant.

• Rude and ridiculous manager.

“I visited this Shakey's and had a horrible experience with my wife and two small children. The pizza, chicken, and mojos that we ordered were taking way too long. After forty minutes I spoke to the manager. He was a young tall man working behind the soft drink bar. He was very rude and insinuated that they were very busy! There were only two other families, and one kid's sports team in the restaurant. They had all been served before we arrived! I asked for some compensation for my inconvenience, (some extra chicken pieces - not cash, not a refund). The manager seemed fine with the idea and said OK! When the food arrived there was one extra chicken wing! Then, the power went out in the entire restaurant for about ten minutes. When I went back to speak with the manager he gave me a different name then he had been called by his cashier before, and he gave me a phony business card. I asked for a refund because of the terrible wait, the terrible service, the terrible compensation, and finally the power outage. I was packing up the food that we had already eaten; each of us had a slice of pizza, a piece of chicken, and a few mojo potatoes. The manager rushed over to our table and insisted that we leave the food! I explained to him that we had already eaten some of the food in the dark, we had touched it! They removed the chicken and mojos from the table and returned them to the kitchen, then immediately placed them under the buffet warming lights for all the customers to eat. The rude and insolent manager, (who was wearing a Cat in the Hat black and white striped hat), asked us not to return, ever! There is absolutely no problem of that ever happening! From that day on, my family and I steer any sports teams, school fund raisers, friends, and family away from this particular Shakeys Pizza location!”

• Large Portions.
• Not much parking.

“I have eaten at Gourmet Pie mostly for breakfast and it has a very large selection of breakfast fare. The portions are quite large and everything is fresh. Be prepared to wait for maybe 20 minutes they are very popular. Parking is best on the weekends if you use the side street to the east of the building.”
