Hangar On The Wharf

• Menu is somewhat limited, but the food is very good.
• Service could go up a notch.

“I've been visiting the Hangar since 1998 and have always found the food to be good, the service a little slow, mainly due to them being busy with folks waiting for tables during peak times. The halibut taco, the burgers, turkey provolone. Heck, everything has been good that I've ordered. Great view of the Channel! Limited parking, like everywhere else in Juneau, right? They have a bucket of King Crab legs that I would love to try one day if I can get some friends to help eat it with me! ”

• About the best pizza there is.
• Because it's so good, it's often crowded at lunch and dinnertime.

“The pizza at Bullwinkle's is as good as any you'll find in New York or Chicago. My wife and I have been to Juneau about five times in the past 20 or so years. It's always great to see it's still around. Every possible kind of pizza; a good beer list; quick service. It's a little expensive, but everything costs more in Alaska. ”
