• Excellent steak.
• Decor; peanut shells on floor.

“I ordered the filet mignon with baked potato (butter, sour cream & chive) with the house salad and house dressing (waitress described as a combination of ranch and thousand islands). The steak was cooked to my exact specification (med. Rare) and was delicious. The salad was loaded with iceberg lettuce, Monterey jack & cheddar cheese, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, and croutons. The salad was large enough to save for lunch the next day. I really like the house dressing. The only thing I don't care for is the peanut shells all over the floor. I know chain restaurants do this, but it seems a bit 'red neck'. I would also like to see wine served in this county. This is why I got my order to go.”

• Best food in the county. Love the catfish!
• Tips aren't very good.

“I am a current employer at huckleberries and I love it! The atmosphere of my job is great. This is a very family-safe environment. I would recommend bringing your family and friends. I eat there every night. I highly recommend the chicken, fish, and cinnamon rolls! The cinnamon rolls are about the size of your head and drenched in icing. I love my job and bosses. I give it 5 stars and recommend it to every one I know!”
