• Friendly atmosphere, good food, good service.
• Waitress' won't date patrons.

“Don't go here if you have peanut issues. This is an aptly named restaurant. Food is OK if you are looking for something different in atmosphere. Peanut shells on the floor, mullet friendly. Pile in the Camaro just park in the lawn.”

• Noise level! Gets so loud, it'll disrupt the digestion and my ears are ringing when I leave!

“Myself, my family and nearly everyone I know have all enjoyed catfish at The Hole for at least 25 yrs. The fish is consistently good, the meal batter is perfect, not too salty, not too much pepper or seasoning. And be careful not to fill up on the hush puppies before your fish arrives at the table! Family owned and operated, same waitresses for years and they all treat you like family. Very good choice even if it is a bit out of the way.”

• Great catfish.
• Too much breading on fried green tomatoes.

“First of all, they've moved so get the new address. We drove around for quite some time before being redirected to the correct address. North Little Rock is not an easy place to get around. The catfish was terrific - among the best, sides good as well except for the fried green tomatoes. Unfortunately, they are mostly breading. The crowd speaks bundles for the restaurant. It's very crowded! By the way, we were not the only ones there tonight who could not find the place.”

• Very good food at very reasonable prices.
• In a little bit of an out of the way area.

“I travel to North little Rock several times a year on business, and I never fail to have dinner at least once each trip. I used to eat at another catfish restaurant in North Little Rock, but I feel that Catfish Hole is the best that is available in the area.”

• Large portions of great food.
• The part of town that the restaurant is located in.

“I've been to because since I was a little kid with my parents 40 years ago, and the good is just the greatest. Homecooked, ample portions. I love their hamburger steak smothered in onions. I hate that they are closing this Saturday. It's a major blow.”

• Located close to where we live.
• Poor Service. Poor Customer Concern.

“This is the first bad review I have ever written. The Place is terrible. Was forced to pay for food after I tried to cancel order. I waited 40 minutes for a chicken wrap and when my daughter had to leave they said you order it you are not allowed to cancel the order. The owners were so low class I was shocked that we ever chose the place to start with.”

• Nothing.
• The food was not fresh.

“The pork was old, had the consistency of shredded wheat, the Cole slaw was nothing more than shredded cabbage (no flavor), and the "baked" beans tasted like they were nothing more than a can of pork and beans. I was very disappointed to pay $18.00 for this garbage.”

• Everything was great, food was amazing and the deserts were mouth watering.
• The only bad part was going back to work after, all I wanted to do was go home and take a nap!

“Good home cooking! Homemade onion rings are to die for! Friendly staff makes this a 4 star restaurant. A must for anyone traveling through or living in the area.”

• Romantic, good for large groups, perfect food & service!
• Can be a bit noisy at times. But it's usually tolerable.

“Loins inn is by far my favorite restaurant within a 350 mile radius. It has been a long time tradition in my family when celebrating birthdays, career advancements, holidays, anniversaries, or just a nice treat regardless. My parents used to take me when I was a small child and before my father passed away. Not only does this restaurant hold many memories for me, it's a great place to make new ones! I live in Dallas and if you're familiar with the area, you know that I could eat somewhere different for every meal for two years. Literally. I've been to many fine dining, 5 star, steakhouses and only one compares to this charm. But I still prefer Sir Loins inn. The quality is amazing in food, service, atmosphere, and romance. It's also extremely affordable, as I¿m used to paying triple the price in Dallas. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a wonderful evening. I give this restaurant a perfect score. Out of all the times I¿ve visited, which would be a lot, I¿ve never once had a bad experience. I'm never disappointed. I love to make special trips to Sir Loins inn when I¿m in town visiting family. Maybe they should have one in Dallas.”

• The naughty room.
• The cold.

“Ask for the naughty room- one room in the back with one table and two chairs. Don't visit this room in the winter as it is not well insulated, unless you want to snuggle up with someone. It's very romantic. Zaffino's serves the best calamari I have ever had very flavorful. ”

“I was really upset by the ratings for this restaurant. When I worked in Little Rock it was a treat for me to dine there. I love the food and am really sad to say I don't get to go much anymore because I live too far away. The food is great and they are not too pricey.”

• no redeeming qualities whatsoever!!!!!!
• Once more, no redeeming qualities what so ever.

“we were seated, then we were rushed. they brought out our kids food, then told us we could not eat, because they were closing the kitchen. We got to go boxes, and boxed the kids food up. We were charged for food and drinks that we did not even get. When we complained, they all forgot how to speak english. It is a good thing my husband is mexican and speaks spanish fluently??!! They were rude, and the service was terrible! When we got the kids food home, my sons food could not be eaten, due to the bug we found in it! I will be calling the health department Monday. My husband learned, they can too. The owner kept his brain in his thumb as well. he was just nasty and very disrespectful.”
