• Atmosphere could have been better with more lighting outdoors.
• Tasteless Food.

• Very poor food quality and quantity.

“The service here is close to five A. The food is terrible. I went here for lunch during the week and had a lunch special. It was a soup and salad for 7 bucks. The soup was chicken broth, water, and tortellinis. It was the blandest Italian I have ever had. If you like no salt or cheese, this may be the place for you. Go to Rigatony's for the real Italian. In my group of ten people not a one liked it.”

• Owner!

“The kitchen manager kept staring at my 7 year old daughter. The owner kept saying he was a brother of the other owners, but he doesn't look like. I didn't even know they exist. The food took forever. The beer was watered down and when I was trying to have some father and daughter time, the owner kept bugging us about how he owns the place. I would never go back even if the owner paid for my meal.”

• Friendly people, laid back, great that its not crowded, they don't rush you!
• The location can be a negative to some.

“Love this place. I have been a regular for almost 4 years. I am originally from California and I had my heart set on a Thai food place and thought once I moved here I would never find another Thai food restaurant that would keep me satisfied. What I have came to realize is that every Thai restaurant is different, which makes it unique! The service is amazing, I love the owner she is so sweet. I always order their mu satay and tom ka gai soup. Honestly the price is not at all bad, think of all the non authentic chain Asian restaurants your spending more money! I do agree the location is kind of odd, but it reminds me of the little mom and pop places in California.”

• Fast service.
• Aside from what I wrote, the guys working behind the counter had no personality.

“I ordered a Teriyaki Bowl with brown rice. The brown rice and sauce was good, but chicken was tough and stale as in the chicken tasted like it had been cooked, frozen and heated and served.”

• They have killians on draft, I guess.
• Bathrooms are disgusting. Lets just say I waited to pee. Yikes!

• Extremely understaffed.

“We have been in twice in the last month to watch women's soccer games; once on a Friday night, and the other a Sunday afternoon. Both times the restaurant was not busy, and both times it took over an hour to get a hamburger on the Friday night, and over an hour to get a dozen wings on Sunday.”

“This was my first time at rainforest cafe. The food and the atmosphere were just fine. But the service was horrible! And I mean horrible. Our server was very rude and only became friendly when she handed us the check. I wonder why. Needless to say her tip was exactly what she deserved. Nothing! Even though the food was good the entire experience was ruined because of this one server. I will never go back to rainforest cafe.”

• The drinks were amazing and delicious.
• The price on margaritas is pretty expensive.

“Upon entering ZTejas on Mill Ave, I felt totally welcomed. The hostess was very pretty and had a great smile. I told her I had a few friends coming and we just wanted to sit at the bar. She told us about happy hour and I made my way to the bar. I picked out a spot in the middle of the bar and before I could even sit down I was acknowledged by a really pretty bartender with black hair. She immediately said hello and welcomed me to ZTejas. She told me about the drinks, the popular drinks, the ones she doesn't like, and the ones she recommends, which was very helpful because I had never been there before. I ordered the ruby red grapefruit mojito and let me tell you, the entire time she was making it; she kept eye contact with me while asking me how my day was. She was so pretty and nice, I felt so comfortable, like I was her friend. I tried the mojito and it was so delicious! I've never had something that was so good. I sat at the bar for almost 45 minutes waiting for my friends, and although the bartenders were really busy, I didn't feel bored or in their way because the bartender with black hair kept coming over and making me laugh with jokes she was telling me. My friends got there, and she did almost the exact same thing with them except she treated them individually different but with a ton of respect! She is the best bartender I have ever had. We sat there for another 20 minutes and then my friends wanted to go to a bar that one of their friends bartended at, and I didn't want to leave. The atmosphere was wonderful; it felt like I was home. I recommend ZTejas to anyone who wants to have a great time, have great drinks, and meet wonderful people. I went back a couple weeks later to have a drink at the bar with my favorite bartender, and the girl with black hair dyed her hair blond so if u go in to see the girl with black hair, she has bleached blond hair now.”

• The wait on weekend nights.

“The food is always delicious. The marguerite pizza is the best -- especially if you share it a friend and add on a Caesar salad. It's worth the wait for a table on weekends. ”

• Great lunch prices and reasonable dinner prices too.
• When busy service is a bit slow since it's family owned. Could use better location too. but okay.

“They have the a best a Lebanese shawarma chicken in town. It as their own recipe and it as different than others around a must try. They always have great food and daily specials. Try their other great dishes too. If you like honey then you must have the honey pudding for dessert or try their homemade baklavaal the rolled is my favorite. I believe the rolled baklava is pecan and the square is walnut. Try the lemonade too...it's very distinct.”

• Sometimes if I go on Friday or Saturday evenings, I may have to wait for a seat.

“I have been eating at Nellos for over 20 years. the pizza is still as good today as it was 20 years ago. Every friend that I have never taken to Nellos has been hooked for life!”

• Great smoked turkey breast, juicy and hearty
• Some items listed on the website are not served at this location

“While I was in the restaurant this weekend, someone said that they DROVE in from San Berdardino (a four hour drive) just to try out the barbecue at this place. I asked if it was worth the trip, and they smiled! The Tempe location is about 5-10 mins from the airport, and it is the express location primarily for local ASU students. I am told that there is a full-service sit-down version of the restaurant in Mesa.”

• The affordable wine and ample cold beer.
• The location is a bit hidden.

“Nellos is some of the best pizza I have ever had. I enjoy their spinach pie, but then when I added sausage to it, oh how delicious! I was there yesterday and I'm going again today!”
