• Everything!
• Nothing, negative!

“We have been to McCollum's several times. The food is always fresh and fantastic, the service, no matter how crowded is never bad, they never make you feel rushed, the food comes from the kitchen quickly, and the prices are unbelievable. We sometimes go there just for lunch, the drive is pleasant and even with the price of gas the meal is still less expensive than locals.”

• Good service.
• Bland pizza, watery pasta.

“Now that the superior Mando's is out of business, Alphonsos is the only place in Decatur for pizza besides chain restaurants. The pizza is extremely bland and the pastas are watery. I avoid the place at all costs and order Papa John's if I want pizza.”

• This restaurant most of the time has senior citizens on the windows who are extremely pleasant and know what they are doing.
• Employees appeared to be not trained on their job.

“Sunday morning 10:00 a.m. Going thru drive thru window. Had to wait 5 minutes for them to take order. Cars ahead of mehad already been processed. Window # 1 did not have change for a $10.00 bill. Only quarters. Window #2 approximately another 5 minute wait and the employee at the window was more concerned about taking orders, but seem very confused on how to operate the computer. I use this McDonalds frequently. .”

• The lobster pizza still tasted pretty good. Best part of our whole meal.
• Bad service and food. Cold cheese biscuits.

“This red lobster in Decatur, al has always been my favorite for food and service. My last visit was in November. 2007 and not very pleasant. The waiter was inattentive when taking our order, he keeps looking around (bored), and we had to repeat our orders. The cheese biscuits were cold and we only got 3 during our whole meal, (for the 2 of us). The entrees weren't as good as in the past. New cook? Different waiters and servers? We won't go back to this restaurant.”

• Wonderful polite ladies and gentlemen workers, great prices and wonderful food!
• Nothing!

“Great food at a great price with wonderful service! The food comes hot and fresh and we must have had 4 to 5 different people come by our table many different times to refill our glasses, remove empty plates and see if we needed anything else. It's the best service I have ever seen anywhere!”

• Just great food; it does not get any better!
• The sides are not so great. Coleslaw & Potatoes salad are not my favorites. The Baked Beans are good though.

“Oh my God! Never tasted better BBQ in my life. I now purchase their BBQ sauce for my own grilling. Save room for desert, because the pie is to die for. If you have not tried it; shame on ya!”
