The Nautilus Restaurant

• Beautiful view of the bay if you sit by the window.
• Did not like the roach in my salad.

“I heard this was a good restaurant, so my husband, 2 kids and I went there one evening. As I was eating my salad that has black olives (which I don't like, thank goodness), my husband noticed there was a roach. Needless to say it ruined my appetite, and we were all ready to leave. However, the server said that the manger was going to take care of our meal, so we stayed. Well, the server brought us our check, and they only took care of my meal. If I knew that we would have left. We will not be going back.”

• Great food, good price.
• Tight dining space.

“Best crab cakes around! (Including New Orleans, where I lived for 26 years.) Small and tight dining, but that doesn't stop us from going back again and again. The lunch menu is priced right and there is usually a soup, quiche and/or sandwich special every day. I have not eaten here other than lunch, but I heard the evening menu is good also--more pricey. Everyone who has visited us from out of town which we have taken to this restaurant want to go back the next time they are in town. They offer a choice of bread for sandwiches and fruit, potato salad or cottage cheese as side options. They also, usually, give you a few mini muffins as comp before your order arrives.”
