• I love the BBQ plates.
• I have no dislikes.

“I have been in Selma for many years and have grown up eating Lannies BBQ. They still have it going on. The taste is slow cooked and favored throughout. The jar of sauce is a must for those of you passing through. The family is very friendly and shows pride in the preparation of the food they sell. If you are passing through please stop by and try the items they have on the menu.”

• The BBQ sauce.
• White bread.

“I enjoy visiting Selma, Alabama for the past 10 years, my wife hometown. There is no way I'm going to miss stopping at Lannie's for a BBQ pork sandwich. I have not tried everything on the menu, but, if the BBQ sauce is any measures of there other food I'm sold. This maybe one of the best BBQ in the south.”

• Great food at a very great price!
• Gets too busy for a 1 hour lunch and is too packed at 6p-7p.

“Golden Ranch is the best BBQ restaurant in the area if you prefer ketchup-based BBQ over Vinegar. It's sauce is sweet and tangy - resembling Heinz 57 a tiny bit (unlike the vinegar types thats just nasty to me). It is the business restaurant of Selma. Very good prices compared to anything else in town. All of their food is completely worth the money.”
