“Haley's is a fun place with a large restaurant area for families and a nice bar area for patrons to enjoy sports - there is even a TV in the men's room so the guys don't have to miss any of the action! They have the best nachos around, a good selection of beers, and the staff is friendly and fun.”

“This is the best pizza I have ever had. I am 56 and have had a lot of pizza in different cities but this is the best I have ever eaten. You must try the Garlic Ranch sauce in place of the Red sauce, it is awesome. We got the Campissimo and olives and sausage, It is unbelievable. My daughter likes the calzone. Never gets anything else. What a burst of flavor in your mouth, not like the chain cardboard pizzas. 10 stars for Bortolami's.”

“Restaurant is completely outdated - service staff is nice - but the only food worth eating in my opinion is the pizza from downstairs. This place is always freezing and it has such potential with the beautiful views of the valley - but the outdated curtains, outdated tables, chairs, carpeting, and everything don't make it a very romantic place at all. Get Gordon Ramsey in here to give it a clean up, redo the decor, put in some plush red velvet curtains, and turn up the heat - and this place could be a 4 star restaurant EASY.”

“I was walking by this place with my dog on a Monday just after opening. Thought about getting a warm cup of coffee from a piece of history. Instead I got a cold stare, a smirk and rude remarks. No dogs allowed! When I asked about a place to latch him I was told - "if youre smart enough to find one" - I couldn't believe the rudeness! I just closed the door and walked away with my money in my pocket.”

“I decided to try MillCreek Cafe, after my favorite breakfast place was super busy. My wife and I just LOVE Eggs Benedict, so we both chose it. My Kids decided to share some pancakes. The Hollandaise sauce is AWFUL, it looks like transparent yellow. It had not even a hint of lemon and was not creamy at all. The eggs were badly poached and had lost almost all of the egg white. Lastly the muffins were very burnt and hard. Accompanying the eggs were Hash browns swimming in a pool of grease. My kids fared no better, the pancakes were very plain, no cream or butter was supplied. and the syrup was obviously a high Fructose Cord Syrup imitation of real syrup. The place itself was quite cold inside (AC on to high?), tables and chairs were dirty and sticky. I complained to the waitress at the end (as she never returned to ask if everything was okay) and she said she would ask the kitchen to prepare new, but it was too late for us. Refused to take the items off the bill - even though we did not eat more that one bit.”

“This was the worst Chinese food I have had. The sauces tasted like they just opened a can and poured it on, the egg rolls were rancid tasting. The chow mien also tasted as though they opened a can and warmed it.”

“Big thumbs down. Our server was very nice but didn't seem to care that most of the dinner was left uneaten. She even stated that they had several complaints about the crab cakes but just didn't know what the problem was, maybe the chef had changed something in the ingredients. We were very disappointed and will not return. Four star prices, two star food.”

“I was a customer of Village Pizzeria for years. Since last few years, the quality of the pizza has deteriorated and the kids behind the counter have gotten more surly to simply beyond rude. My last visit there was in August. After looking at my half-baked pizza to go, I suggested very nicely that there really wasn't much spinach and perhaps they could add some more so it would live up to it's name of Spinach & Feta. I was told by the young guy behind the counter that it looks normal. Huh? Let me see what I can do but rather I was told to quit complaining and take it. I said that I'd been buying the same pizza for 5 years, and no - it wasn't normal to which I was told that he had worked there for 5 years and it was fine. Wow - I had heard from others on the island that they had similar issues, but this one really took the prize. I suggested to the manager that he might want to consider a bit more friendly customer service to which he told me to get out of his restaurant. (Along with some other language that shouldn't be repeated here). This was beyond somebody having a bad day and getting irritable. I was shocked and really felt bad for all the other tourists who would get manager's wrath and think badly of our town. I guess my luck had finally run out and that the word amongst the locals in Langley was true - that Village Pizzeria is spotty at best. I did call the owner, with this story and basically got a - whatever - response (I regretted calling him). The phone call helped me realize where this take it or leave it attitude came from. It all starts at the top, so - do you feel lucky? You might have a good experience - or you might not. It depends on the day and who's behind the counter. But take a locals advice. There are much better places to eat. There are two great coffee places that have good food and the best restaurant in town is Prima Bistro where the deck has a commanding view of the sound, the staff is friendly, and the food is awesome.”

“Anyone who likes this restaurant is very easily pleased. It was more of a second-tier panda express with service. The menu is aimed towards orange/lemon/sweet and sour dishes. I'd prefer to make my way into Seattle to find the authentic food.”

“Going downhill. The quality is suffering from the economy. This evening's Margarita was not strong. Even my wife complained of feeling no buzz from the lack of Tequila. And the limes in our drinks looked like they should have been tossed out with yesterday's leftover Lettuce. And why is it that with every visit you always must ask for another set of silverware? The food is okay, but the rest of the experience is deteriorating at this local Mexican eatery. Save your money and go elsewhere.”

“The Lake Stevens Buzz Inn is where I go. several other stores, but this one seems to be the best. Marysville is pretty good too. Service is good. You won't have to wait long for a beverage.”

“Great location and view. Prices are a little high, and menu has not changed in ages. Locals are always there, and happy hour brings out most of them. Great Jukebox with many songs, and pool is played all the time. I would recommend the logger cheeseburger. Chef-salad is a joke.”

“This place offers you and your family or friends the ultimate experience in dining. Why eat out if it doesn't feel different? At Tokyo's you get to watch a fire show, a magic show, a comedy show and interact with guests around your entire table for laughter and fun. There prices are great and they have a fantastic selection of sushi with their newly remodeled Sushi bar. Best of all the atmosphere is dark with cool lighting and a nice clean, modern decor. You feel alive when you come here!”

“We will brave border line-ups to get to Paso. The food is made on site by someone who knows what they are doing. Upon being seated, you are brought out fresh, still warm tortilla chips and homemade salsa. I've ordered several different items off the menu but always go back to my favorite - chicken enchiladas. You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. It's ALL fresh, homemade and delicious. We come to Paso every few weeks and it's well worth the travel. The staff is great, friendly. It's the best Mexican food I've EVER had!”

“The service was bad! It took us 10 minutes to get seated when there were 8 people in the restaurant! Didn't get asked for drink orders for another 10 minutes. Our food didn't get here for another 15 minutes after order been taken. If you are in a hurry avoid Mitzels of Everett! The food was bad. Mashed potatoes were very crusty and chicken was stale.”

“We have given this restaurant a try about four times now. Sitting out on the deck on a sunny day is the best part of eating at the Bistro. The food is overpriced and the service is not very friendly. We were ignored for several minutes and then took another ten to get water. Sandwiches are bland and nothing special. Salads are dull.”

“Well, I have to say Jacobi's cafe is a really awesome restaurant. It was here in Walla Walla a long time ago, about 10 years, and sadly closed down when the family moved due to their own circumstances. Happily 10 years later its returned in all its glory as a town legend. You can eat in the train car, sit out on the patio, or taste a large variety of local wines. Ask any server about the history of the train car or the building and you're sure to get a dazzling story. Overall, Id rate the place an 8 or 9. They've only been back open a little while, but give them a month or two and they'll be back up to a perfect 10.”

“I would never recommend anyone to eat at this location. Save your money and travel to Olympia or Aberdeen for food. We ate at in Elma at a small whole in the wall pizzeria joint. Now the food wasn't great but service made up for it.”

“Really neat place. Kinda of the secret of Sumner. Once you find out about it you will always wanna come back. Good food. Great service and very reasonable The inside is very nice and clean! Love the old Bar! where did it come from? very cool! Need to check this place out! Great beer selections and wines. Good job!”

“I first discovered the Windmill in the late 70's but was unable to return until about 10 years later and it was as good as I'd remembered. We have been back several times and are never disappointed. The service and quality are consistently outstanding. Who cares if you have to sit in wood booths, the five star meals more than make up for less than five star seating.”

“Five Scarlett O'hatters were there for opening night and it was wonderful! Food was great and lots of it. House dressing for salad awesome! Prime rib was cooked to perfection! Play was so enjoyable. The actors did a terrific job. Loved every minute of it and could hear all the voices! We shall be returning for more events!”

“Beware! At $62.50 per night I dont expect a lot of amenities, but I do expect the place to be clean and comfortable. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom was filthy along with soap scum, filthy ring in the toilet, scummy bathtub surround, and the shower curtain had that beautiful orange scum all over it. Every surface was sticky, including the door knobs. The lamps didnt work and the remote didnt work. Dinners were way over priced. Maybe I should just write about what was good. Nope, cant think of a thing.”

“This is a great old fashion saloon! The bartender's are fast and polite. The prices are great! The Juke box is the best I've ever seen for rock and roll. Go visit, it's worth the stop for a cold one. There's plenty of parking for motor homes.”

“When it first opened this was a great, fun place to eat. The last 3 times we've eaten there have been total disasters. Cold food, wrong orders and a manager who told us "I don't know what you want me to do about it". I wouldn't waste another penny on this place.”

“I've never left a restaurant review, but I like Christiano's enough to leave a review. Whenever I have an informal party and not a lot of time, I buy the salads from Cristiano's (and pizza as well). They really are wonderful and the salads keep well for later in the day (they do charge a little extra to put everything on the side).”

“A bit understaffed but taken care of promptly, they have a full service lounge complete with pool table, darts, jukebox, big screen, and table top games which I thought was kinda cool. Good bartender made great drinks and was very friendly. Food was good, no mistakes (something I find other Denny's good at, always at least one mistake) not here though my visit was pleasant. Will return if only for cocktails.”

“I lucked across Grazie while I was in town on business. I had been going to the restaurants at the mall there (not bad) and happened to catch their small sign as I was driving past after dinner. I made that my stop the next night and was enthralled with the food and the service. They don't have a huge menu, but the quality is there in everything I had (only had two night left in town). Their selection of Italian wines is great. Not the standard Cavit and Gallo that are at the quasi Italian places. Turns out the place sends their staff to Italy to study the food! It paid off for me. Love the place, and on my next trip to the area I'll be sure to put Grazie at the top of my must do list.”

“The Camarones Fajitas were super. Fresh chips, salsa, cabbage salad, and little desserts were served to us at no extra charge. Great value in the kids' menu - $3.95 for a plate large enough to feed at least two/three preschoolers. Would eat there again in a heartbeat.”

“Excellent and delicious healthy food and service at good prices. One of the few places that you can find delicious food while at the same time feel good because most all the food choices are so healthy. Thai Bamboo was the best Thai restaurant by far. Huge menu, excellent authentic food, wild over-the-top decor and friendly fast service. The place was huge and with a open air lounge too. Huge stylish restaurant, its already a landmark. They have a big banquet room and a Galaxy Lounge with opening glass garage doors so it's open air in the summer, live music and drinks. Always consistent service, great food and good times here!”

“As an omnivore, one of favorite foods was a good cheeseburger. The best veggie burger ever. I would happily eat the veggie burger every day for the rest of my life. The L A Conner location gets crazy busy during the tulip festival. The wait staff can be swamped, but was super friendly. The food was definitely worth the wait. They have a great waterfront deck out back, and the interior was comfortable.”

“Never again. I ordered a medium rare steak; it came burned on the outside and cold and raw in the middle. He ordered a medium rare porterhouse; it arrived cooked well done, tough and gristly. Clearly whoever is cooking is just throwing everything on a searing hot grill, someone who apparently has no idea how to cook meat. The service was horrible. It's a shame because we could have gone to the nearby Outback for a far, far better meal at the same cost.”

“This place is high priced and the food is low quality at best. They are just an A frame fast food joint that knows they are the only burger joint in town so they make you pay for it. Face it you are in Dayton and there is nothing close by for at least one hour so they know they have you stuck if you & the kids are hungry. I have been going to Dayton for 36 years since I have family there and this place has done nothing but continue to go down hill. My advice is don't eat in Dayton or Waits burg unless it's at the Patit Creek (only exception) just keep going to Walla Walla or the Tri Cities.”

“What a gem of a place! Hubby and I first went here when we were on our way to Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge. It's located right across the street from a fabulous hardware store (Ridgefield Hardware) and we always stop here for brunch/lunch/breakfast when we're in the area. You'd think that they'd only offer regular American burgers and stuff like that, but oh no! Their crab and artichoke omelet is to die for, not to mention their vegetable Panini. The salads are huge and delicious. This is good food, and not at all typical of small cafes. We haven't had a bad meal yet. The decor is fun and unusual, and they support local musicians by having gigs there at times. This is not a large cafe. There are 4 booths, a few single/double tables, and one large one. So far we haven't had to wait. One rainy day not too long ago during Spring Break, my daughter and I were the only ones there for lunch. Today when a friend and I ate there, we had a bit of a wait, till our food came, but believe me, it's worth it. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because on rainy winter days it's pretty dark inside. If you're the one facing the street, even on a sunny day it's hard to see your companion's face. I would appreciate better lighting. If you like searching out out of the ordinary places to eat, then Pioneer Street Cafe is the place for you. I wouldn't hesitate bringing anyone here. It's a fun place to be and the food is fabulous!”

“The food here was amazing, and there was a wide variety of choices on the menu. We just happened upon it knowing nothing about the restaurant, and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was great. Staff was very friendly and acted as if they truly wanted to be there, which is quite unusual in a restaurant. It was obviously a local favorite as many of the patrons were very familiar with the staff and the waitresses were very happy to spend a bit of time hugging and conversing with the customers. It just felt like a very welcoming place. But we were never neglected because of that. Drinks were promptly refilled and food was brought out at just the right time. There were three of us and one had the club sandwich, said it was the best sandwich he had ever had. I had a Thai chicken dish, awesome. My daughter raved about hers as well. We will definitely go back.”

“We arrived around 11 AM. We were greeted by a male greeter who seemed nice told us that the dinning room was nearly full and it would better to if we sat in the lounge. We noticed after we sat down the lot only had a few cars. We had the breakfast and I ordered the red crab and wife ordered sausage skewer something. My wifes meal was the worst. The sausage was extremely hot (without any indication on the menu), her omelet had a few sprinkles of cheese and we both agreed the potatoes were fair. My crab had maybe 3 bites of crab and a small little clump of the filling of the omelet was on top. I thought the tomatoes my wife had were great and the sausage was fair at best. I guess the only part that kept me from loosing my temper was the waitress. She was courteous, did not be little us in anyway and kept my coffee filled. However the greeter really made me feel unwelcome and when I saw the dinning room was empty, it really upset me. I have wanted to stop there for several years, but after today it was worst than the worst Dennys we ever visited!”
