“For the tourists hitting all the national parks, this charming gem is a destination at the end of a long rigorous day. In the myriad mediocre eateries you find as you travel, this place is a STAND-OUT. Creative, full of color and gallery level artwork - the welcoming presence of the owners, attentive & smiling wait staff and then the glorious food make this a feast for all the senses. They care simple as that. There's great standard fare and then some enticing and fascinating stuff for the bolder amongst us. It is all fresh, perfect, impeccably prepared and beautifully presented and yes, so delicious. Then there are the most decadent desserts in the world, hand prepared by Vicky, the owner and wife of Victor. There is no better way to end a day of hiking than with the most heavenly bread pudding in the world. Really, this place is a fine and it is a destination in the midst of the vastness of this area and comfy little town of Kanab, which had a lot of charm in itself. Be sure to find time to eat there.”

“Terrible food. We got the General Tsos Chicken and the specialty Duck Meal. The generals tasted like sweet and sour and was not at all spicy. It came with rice, I asked for fried rice and it was rather bad. Didn't have any veggies or pork mixed in. I've had tons of Chinese food in my days and I would never consider myself picky. This food was borderline inedible. The Duck was mostly bones. It tasted like fried chicken pieces with way too many boney parts. Not to mention - it was ridiculously overpriced!”

“I went here with my in laws last week I had the meat pizza! By far the best pizza in the Ogden area and for the size of this thing it was cheap. They also gave me a birthday card good for a free meal and desert during the month of my birthday. My wife had the seafood pasta and again amazing, we went there around 3:00 and the place was empty I don't know how but to be honest we enjoyed having the place to ourselves.”

“Some of the BEST sandwiches you will ever eat. They also have some of the BEST bread you will ever eat. Build your own style deli sandwiches. They have free samples of bread while you wait. The Sack Lunch is by far the best idea ever!”

“This is not pizza hut type pizza. It is very different and very good! Awesome salads. Serious bang for your buck. Has the best music on the jukebox. I recommend the Lunch Special. The ham is sort of a shredded style ham with a unique flavor. Has a really fun pizza joint atmosphere. Always busy so come early especially on weekends. If the locals pack it, you know it's good.”

“It's Chili's, I think they are about the same all over. But good food especially for the money. I love how they offer a lot of healthy alternatives. I love the guiltless salmon. Overall, Chili's is always a good choice.”

“We sought out Milt's based on recommendations from acquaintances and online. Could not have been more disappointed - literally. Other than standing in the warm April sun (no outdoor or indoor seating available at 2 PM), the 35 minutes wait was a total waste. Particularly so after we learned that our order had been lost or forgotten, and was only at that time being submitted to the grill. I took my refund and went to Wendy's. It took me 5 minutes to get from my car to a table in the store, with food. I cannot comment on Milt's value proposition, but waiting 35 minutes for nothing, to buy burgers and fries that are 60% more expensive than their competitor? That's some business model, but I guess its been serving folks in Moab well since 1954!”

“Hoover's had amazing food. The pastrami hamburger was the best I've had. The people were friendly, they serve beer and wine. Anyone going to the Piute Trial, Piute or Otter creek reservoirs, I would recommend Hoover's in the evenings. They are famous for all you can eat crab on Friday and Saturday. We also had a great breakfast.”

“I was with a group of 10 people who decided to try the Amber because it was a place we could all get to without difficulty and the parking was free and convenient. I was delighted to find that the dining room was clean and well lit (some leave the lights low for atmosphere but also to hide deficiencies). I felt comfortable from the beginning. I requested speedy service because I needed to depart earlier than the rest. They said, no problem. I ordered a regular breakfast to avoid time-consuming confusion with a couple of exceptions. I requested eggs soft scrambled and the sausage crisp. It's rare to get it that way but they did it! Much to my surprise, The food was tasty and a good value. The service was pleasant and efficient. Not only will I return to the Amber, I will refer others.”

“We have lived in Logan for a couple years now, and have tried many of the restaurants. Because we have had less than impressive experiences at Ruby Tuesdays elsewhere we were reluctant to try it. But this Ruby Tuesdays should be giving lessons to the others! We have always had great service, we have never been disappointed in the meal, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. It seems to be the restaurant that both my husband and I feel the same about, always a good idea. (And the avocado ranch dressing on the salad bar rocks!).”

“This place was so terrible. The entry was full of tacky, cheap handbags, scarves, insulting greeting cards and knife sets. The walls were painted pink (to match the crocheted pink handbag on the wall) & nasty shades of hunter green, beiges. The dishes from previous diners were not cleared away for hours. The crackers on the table were beyond stale. The service was odd, at best. The waitress listened to our conversation and joined in.”

“Service was excellent, quick and friendly. Food was great, a bit more pricey than other Mexican restaurants in this area. The salsa was awesome but the chips were not that great. Just ordinary corn chips. They should try making their own fresh flour chips. Definitely go back.”

“I've been to this Iggy's at least three times, all the three times I and my family wished we had never went. Food was common, nothing special, but the bad thing is we sat next to the bar and toward the kitchen area. The management was the meanist I'd ever seen, especially to their employees. I'm glad I don't work for that kind of management. I would not recommend going there. Never know what a angry employee is doing to the food.”

“Some business associates and I eat here every year during the outdoor retailer show. It is such a surprise to think I can get better sushi in Salt Lake City, than I can in my home town of Portland. Everything is so fresh and creative. I would suggest any of their specialty rolls, or some sashimi. The staff is educated and friendly, and the atmosphere is hip and inviting. I would suggest this place to anyone. Put one in Portland!”

“My family and I drive to Logan just to eat at Cafe Sabor. We have done for years. There is always a great value in the food and the service is very friendly. We have never had a bad experience. We love the old train station. One thing I have noticed is how the managers are very involved in the service. I attribute much of the success to this. (as well as the food).”

“I literally cannot express how bad this place is, maybe if it was 40% cheaper than it is I wouldn't have hated it so much, but its pretty bad. How this places stays in business is truly beyond me. That's all. But go try it anyway, otherwise you'll always be curious.”

“Apparently this place used to be pretty good. Little steak and less cheese, was considered an authentic Philly cheese steak but I have been to Philadelphia many times and this was no where near a real Cheese steak. Maybe I'm spoiled because I live in Salt Lake now and I have 2 or 3 real good options up there.”

“I have gone to Sabor since it opened and it was an amazing place great food and a fun atmosphere with wonderful service. But now it seems priorities have shifted and everything has changed and just seems to be getting worse. Every time I go in there, they have remodeled which is great but I think they are forgetting what is most important. Their food which I just have to say has gone straight into the toilet they seem to fill your plate with bigger sides such as beans and rice. Now your main coarse is so much smaller and the prices have gone up. They used to be so quick to get you a drink and chips with salsa as soon as you sat down that no longer exists. Maybe instead of investing so much money into remodeling they should invest it into their service.”

“We sat down and didn't have our drinks nor chips for about 20 minutes. When I ordered I was very disappointed in my portions, I had a meat dish and there was very little meat the rest was all filler. Their alcohol drinks are terrible and presentation is very bad. You don't get what you pay for here and I wouldn't recommend it. Things seem to get worse there every time we visit.”

“Using a scale of 1-5, the ham & bean soup is 5 star, as is the pie, Fruits of the Forest. We can't rave enough about the pie! My husband had the hamburger special (served open faced with gravy) and I had the 1/2 bone in ham & eggs. We rate both a 3.5. If what I had was 1/2 bone in, the whole bone in ham must be large enough to feed both of my sons. The biscuit with gravy was a severe disappointment. It was like the biscuit was warmed in the microwave (it was nearly rock hard) and the gravy was definitely not what my mamma made. I'd give the pair a 1.0. Each of us had the raspberry lemonade and rate that a big zero. It was like drinking mildly flavored sugar water. The service was excellent and friendly. We are both readers, so the books at the booths were a nice surprise. The book we read gave us some good laughs before the food arrived. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, as are the smiles of the staff. We would definitely go there again and recommend it to others.”

“I love Two Jack's! I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered there - our family goes about once a month. Best pizza and breadsticks I have ever had! Their ranch dressing is delicious too! It's a family owned and operated business. The restaurant itself is really old but they keep it clean and the decor is nice. The service is great and did I mention they have the best pizza and breadsticks I have ever had?”

“Glade's is a place where you park, get out of your car, order outside and then stand around waiting for your food-outside. Definitely not a place to stop when it's pouring down rain! The food is really good for a burger and fries joint and the shakes are super! They use real Oreos in their Oreo shakes-amazing, I know! The girls are always really friendly and courteous but it seems to take quite a while to get your order-especially since you're just standing around waiting for it.”

“Good food, but insulting service. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere is festive. The booth we sat in was uncomfortable no cushions. The service was awful! He repeatedly steered us toward the most expensive items on the menu, turning his lip up at some of the least expensive items that we inquired about. I overheard him pushing the considerably more expensive 'Patron' margarita at the next table. Although the food was good and nicely presented, the prices were inappropriately inflated. Moreover, the restaurant was disappointing and not a good value.”

“The Rusted Sun Pizzeria is known by many of the locals more for their calzones than pizzas. They bake a great pie from homemade sauces and dough. The restaurant is in an old era diner with only six tables and a counter that seats eight, so if atmosphere is important, you may want to look elsewhere. If you want a place to enjoy a good beer and a fantastic calzone with people you can relax with, this is for you. Try the combo, bleu chicken, or roundup. You can also build your own with great ingredients like artichokes, sweet red onion, feta cheese, pine nuts, spinach, grilled chicken and sausage. Their beer selections include a few of the local microbrews such as Uinta's Cutthroat Pale Ale and King's Peak Porter.”

“We had a really fun time, just me and my husband. The wait was long; there were lots of people waiting to eat. But I saw that as that it's in demand. Staff was friendly, food was great - especially the cheesecake! It was very creamy and not dry. The show was fun and we were high on the edge of a balcony with a good view. We couldn't hear the show very well over the waterfalls, but it's more of a visual event. We decided to take our daughter here for her 5th birthday.”

“When I was there, there was a mariachi singer and he really added to the atmosphere and when it was my friends birthday we went there mostly because of the singer. I do need to add that the web site for this restaurant does it no justice. I couldn't find any info. Accept location and reviews. It would be more entertaining if there were photos and a menu.”
