• Friendly atmosphere, pleasant servers, and geared towards adults.
• Too slow, more geared towards adults, poor attention to detail, forgetfulness of server, and no choice to their tip.

“Certainly a very unique experience, the restaurant's general environment is a work of art undeniably. However, it took forever to get our food served. They apologized profusely, but there was no show of manager or anyone higher in chain of command to make it any better. After an hour and a half, food was good. Then came time for desert not really into that much. Asked for Herbal Tea which he forgot and never served. Usually, they would advise me in FL that I have to punch my ticket if I want complementary parking, they didn't. Overall experience, fair. Certainly fun, lots of unusual characters walking around the restaurant and making it rather funny. Not sure that I'd recommend it because of their very slow service and their lack of attention to detail for the customers.”

“Excellent food quality. Specially the beef and seafood. The bar is amazing! All kinds amazing quality wines. I highly recommend it.”

Restaurante La Romana

• Ambiance, quietness.
• Expensive, food of no interest.

“La Romana must have kept the same overall decoration since it opened in the mid-sixties. The waitresses wear deliciously old-fashioned suits and serve the best coffee in Bogota (I can tell, I've tried most of them). It is the only address I've found where one can read peacefully without being disturbed by louder music, heavy greasy smell or excessive bustle. On the other hand, it's a bit expensive for Colombia (1,5 dollar for a coffee). The food is of no interest and expensive as well (9-12 dollars or a dish).”

• Far away from the center.

“Magic! Unforgettable night with salsa in a unique place; not one object comes from ordinary shop; the owner must be an artist; and it's your birthday, you will be surprised; people dance around and on the tables in a very friendly atmosphere; cost for 7 hours: entrance + meal + drinks = about 25 used; everything is done to make your night unique.”

“Would have to be rated in the top five resturants in Bogota. You will very likely see important people here. Not inexpensive but not too expensive for the type of service and food. ”

“Been there several times. Very relaxing and perfect spot to visit with friends as it over looks the park. Did not see any cats. Recommend highly!”

• Nice Setting in a great part of old town
• bad food

“The cook must have took the night off and the bellhop filled in. Tasteless, bland, tough meat, overcooked shrimp. Don't Go, just have a look in the afternoon.”
